Gave blood to ********** plasma center. They put $100 on a Comdata payment solutions card. Pressing the wrong button they fined me 2 dollars. I signed up for direct deposit and my money still did not transfer. Currently each agent tells me there is no way to get my money out of their system with out paying some fee. I'm pretty sure this company is a scam.

By far the worse experience I've ever had with a card.6/2 my card was hacked some how and $163.50 was taken from my bank account without my knowing or permission. The crazy thing is it was withdrawn from a ***** ****** in Illinois but I live in Indianapolis Indiana and don't travel outside of my city.I called the number on the card no exaggerating 10 Times..10 TIMES.before I could get someone to pick up.each time I called and put in my info and asked to speak to rep it would go silent for a few minutes then hang up on me.when I finally got connected I explained to the rep about the system they acted like I didn't say anything then told them about the unauthorized transaction they said I couldn't put in the request until the payment had posted. The payment posted already the funds came out my account already but they insisted I call back tomorrow.I did after another 4 times of trying to get through I did and the rep tells me the same thing again.I ask to speak with a sup then she said she could submit it.nithing set right with me how she did that so I still asked to speak to a sup.She connected me to a sup they put in an investigation for their fraud department and I was advised they would reach out to me during the investigation and it would take 10 days.I waited the 10 days called after the 5th time calling I got through(also advised every rep about phone system and what its doing and still no ones fixed it).Spoke to rep and they advised me they sent a denial letter today gave me the person name and confirmed my email.I told them I have no email from that person. All the rep could tell me about the denial was that they needed more info.I have no more info to give them all the info I had came from their company. This fraudulent charge of 163.50 happened on 6/2 and today is 6/24 I still have not been refunded.I have 6 kids and one on the way and use this card to get me through to 7/8 when I start my new job(no work for 3 months)I pray this helps some1 and I get justice

My Comdata card was scammed on a card scammer and used in Tennessee and Mississippi when I live in north Texas, I filed a police report and disputed the transactions and they denied there is not enough proof. Do better Comdata.

Probably the worst vendor in the space. I have had experiences with EFS and Relay, which are not perfect but at least the service folks help. I spent 3 days trying to send them money, because we had grown quicker than our available credit. The response when I say I will wire you money right now...that is not how your account is setup. What? I am trying to send you money, and as a vendor you cannot accept an early payment? I am going to go to every trade event in transportation, and actively tell the story of the poor service.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of them since July 2022. I get told they don’t work with the company I have a prepaid ********** through. I hold for hours to be told the same thing in every line. I disputed a charge that I never approved and they didn’t get back to me after I spent money printing and mailing proof and just locked up a card they just provided after over 6 months to talking to them trying to get a replacement due to mine showing expired & being told they send them directly as soon as they expire (they didn’t). Tons of excuses as to why they couldn’t. They won’t let me talk to anyone about the dispute. They instead just locked my card and refuse to talk to me leading to them keeping my money, including that still being put on it.

This is the WORST company ever. They stole my money and spoke to a fake supervisor named Katrina, who is a liar and should be ashamed of herself. Two days to get in touch with your IT department. This company should be investigated by the federal government. Taking people hard earned cash. What goes around comes around.

Worst fleet card ever!! They charged our company high risk fees for no reason! When we called 12 times over 2 years they would remove them and promise not to do it again. We never paid late. This month they said it was because we had a low D&B rating which is a complete lie. I closed our account. Complete rip off!

Hands down the worst banking firm I've ever heard of let alone had the misfortune to use. It was forced on me by my previous employer out of GA. They'll charged you a fee for just using their card. They'll let fees pile up in the negative. It's a racket and no one should ever use them. Does the phrase "predatory lending" mean anything?

My first question is, why has the BBB not done anything about shutting these people down? I am sure they will pop up under another scam name, but ****. Their scams don't deserve paragraphs. The hiring company, ****** ********, is yet another piece of this puzzle. Why would they conduct business with a company that operates like this? It seems to me that they would lose a TON of business as a result of this ****-poor collaboration with a fake bank. Second question...why are you people writing dissertations on these matters? They stole your money. It's done. YOU'RE NOT GETTING THE MONEY BACK!!!!! To stay with them is asinine. Contact your direct staffing employer, and let's all chalk it up to a life lesson learned.
