Overcharged my card! Horrible customer service.i cant even log into my account to review what im being charged for. But yet the call me every minute of the day threatening me they will report to credit department if i dont pay now! Haha they are a joke

Customer service take hours sometimes days to respond. For instance today our account representative made an error that caused 50+ cards to be inoperative over the weekend and customer service can not fix the problem until 0700 on Monday. Horrible company from the top down.Comdata Corporation

Would never recommend this card to anyone they will steal your money . ******* has been trying to initiate a refund with this merchant for about a month and have not processed the transaction I’m over it . these people are thieves. The card doesn't work almost everywhere I go, and when it declines, I get charged for it. despite correctly entering my PIn and having the funds available. And that is on top of all of the absurd fees you have when you use the card successfully. I open the app. I've been given the shows me my card balance and there's a dollar here or a dollar there missing every time I open it with no explanation. I tried calling customer service, only to find out that they put a different phone number on my file, when I told them that there is only one phone number and it's the one I'm calling from. the lady got upset with me like I had stumbled upon something I wasn't supposed to when I told her to make sure that this phone number is the one that's being used. she literally got angry with me when I was trying to get her to correct it. after a frustrating conversation of her trying to confirm my data over and over, she finally told me that she would send me a transaction report to explain what was going on with my money. I never got a transaction report. And when I got off the phone and looked at my account balance can you guess what happened? comdata is a company of thieves and i would recommend avoiding at all costs.Comdata Corporation
