      Right now at this moment I am on hold for Pathgroup Labs but all they can do is play horrible music at me. They billed me 4/28/25 for a test in March. I paid it. I have proof but now they have billed me in May for the same exact test for the same amount. While waiting I have read the reviews. While I believe the charge should have been paid by the insurance I cannot take the chance of not paying and possibly losing my wife's doctor over such an issue. They probably billed the insurance company and us trying to take advantage and profit illegally from their business practices. Then when we need to complain they simply don't answer the phone. We love our doctor but his using Pathgroup as a lab is a problem. We will be showing the paperwork on our next visit and will ask them to use another lab. These people do not need to be in business.

      I was billed for the same test with a different code. PathGroup claims my ** ordered both. Upon calling my ************ they never ordered the second test. PathGroup would not refund my money. They claim second test was to read results of first test. I've never paid in 30 plus years for separate test. Watch your billing and fight claim.

      Horrible experience with phone calls, emails about my very first payment never being posted which put me a month behind. Took 4 months along with a credit card dispute ( that’s was never responded too) to get my payment back. All documentation was sent to Pathgroup and all I got was “we don’t show a payment “. I never missed a payment and then I was sent to collections, just because I had no documentation of talking with someone that I was paying 50 dollars monthly which clearly shows on my account. The last payment I made with mobile quick pay was received and the very next day I had a collection company calling me. Unfortunately I had to pay 2 days after my monthly payment with a credit card to a collection agency with a 7 dollar fee to avoid hitting my credit score. Very poor customer service, have never been sent to a collection agency for making consistent payments on the same day every month. The worst part is I have SS fixed income.

      We have received multiple bills from PathGroup. On each bill we made payments, but the amount of the bill never changed. Then we get a "Final Notice". When I call PathGroup, they try to tell me that it is due to payment needed for services dated 8/8/24. We never received any bill for any services dated 8/8/24. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold for a little over 10 minutes just to be told that a manager was not available. Surely these people are conducting unfair or unlawful billing practices. I would be more than happy to sign up for a class action lawsuit.

      This business is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I have no choice but to use them. That’s what my local hospital uses. I have tricare, I am constantly billed over and over again DESPITE them having my insurance on file and my EOB saying I don’t owe anything. I have called them 10+ times trying to sort this out, there customer service people treat you like trash, and say “we never billed you that amount “ despite me having that paper with the exact amount in front of me. Extremely disgusted with how unorganized and unprofessional this place is.

      We were sent bills immediately after lab work. Also got a nasty past due notice from previous labs we already paid for. Their billing system is PATHETIC. We owed them over $200 but held off paying. When we tried to pay (2 months later) the bill was only $62. Their website offered no explanation. Called them. Their AI(?) answering system was VERY IRRITATING. After poking “0” about 20 times the human I got offered a complicated explanation. Conclusion if you owe someone $200 just hold off. They may end up owing you!

      Path group Do not use this horrible company with bad management service! My insurance paid in full my services and they continue to harass me for amount that were cleared! It show a lack of responsibility and a bad management in their company! in calling well med I got proof with dates and EFT trust # and they still do not find the payments ! What a mess! Any medical company that use their services should be aware it is a bad business their reputation! for doctors as the doctor W****** in Dallas and Derek C *****  I cannot believe you use those incapable Path Group~ Please fire this company

      I was told If I paid in full they would give a 50% discount then they realized I had insurance and stated I didn't qualify for the discount since I had insurance and they charge insurance more than cash pay customers.
      How is that right?

      I couldn’t EVER speak to a live person to get my account number and/or updated balance. Wasted many hours trying to do so. It would continue to CIRCLE within the automated prompts, then drop the call. I’ve been paying, using autopay, $200/month for years!!! If they think I owe them more money they will have to provide me with my account information!!
