    I only use it occasionally, but i'm still paying $39 a month. I would like to pause the subscription for a while to get a chance to use the 234 images that I have built up, but if I pause my subscription, I can't use what I paid for.

    Thank you for the feedback. Indeed pausing the subscription does put it on hold completely, meaning you cannot make any downloads during that time. The subscriptions are time based plans that are much cheaper than our pay as you go system, due to the time constraints of the subscriptions.
    Since you have been a long time customer, we have added a 60 day extension to your current subscription period as one time courtesy. This will allow you to catch up on your downloads before the subscription renews again.

    I love the site - use it almost everyday. I had some issues with billing and a little confusion over the subscription offerings, but they were quickly resolved. Customer service response was quick. Please continue to update the illustration options, continue to updated the tags for better search features, and continue to keep the costs reasonable for folks like me who pay out-of-pocket as project contractors.

    I got some great images, but the site was a little confusing for me. I may have been too focused on getting the images to figure out what the different types of images meant, what the "lighthouse" is and I downloaded one image twice due to hitting a link about letting the creator know how you plan to use the image for a free download or something like that. My subscription just ran out, but I will surely be back when the need arises.

    very nice collection on varied catogeries. One thing I would like to suggest is categorizing the pictures under "Stock photos" and "Free photos - (free downloads and free to use)". By doing this, customers can make sure they are using only "free to use" pictures in their productions and not cross the copy right/infringement laws.

    After evaluating whether they had useful, high-quality pictures, I signed up for a free week which was supposed to allow me 15 free downloads. When trying to download the first picture, I was directed to a screen trying to sell me a subscription. Otherwise I could just download my *watermarked* photo. When I tried to see what it looked like with a watermark that was not mentioned earlier, it said I didn't have enough credits. Credits? That wasn't mentioned either. Also, be persistent when canceling the renewal. You will think it's complete, then realize there is another step. This is seriously deceptive!!

    The free trial includes 15 high resolution watermarked files for testing purposes.
    You can cancel before the week is up and not be charged or you can upgrade for a charge and receive the files without watermarks ( the 15 for free and the 15 you paid for).
    It’s quite a great deal considering our plan for only 5 images is $25. This plan gets you 30 for the same price!

    I think the photos and images are awesome. The customer service team is pretty rude. I have called twice and both times the person answering was unfriendly and condescending.

    Dreamstime photos gave me the best photographs that I needed. I used different subject matters and I found many settings for each category. The poses and expressions from the people photographs were great. I will be using their services for future projects.
