      I placed a white dress shirt in klean-a-matic dry cleaners at **** ***** ************ ** *****  on 8/29. I returned on 9/20 at 11:45am to pick the shirt up in preparation for another vacation. We were assisted by a very rude and disrespectful mature white woman who spoke to me with a very condescending tone. I gave her my correct name to locate my shirt. She returned stating that she could not find it. Next, I gave her a second name which included both of my last names and she returned angry. I advised her on my last name and she snapped at me and said she knows how to file items. She would not let other staff members help her locate my shirt. She said it wasn’t there. I left my number for her to call just case they found it. 30 minutes later after locating the shirt, she called and began speaking in a nasty tone about how I need to get my names straight next time. I felt very disrespected. This location has horrible customer service.

      I would like to know why I was inconvenienced by the business and why I was treated so poorly and blamed for the worker’s incompetence to locate my items. I needed the item for a vacation cruise. I called prior to dropping the shirt off and was assured the item would be ready. When I arrived for pickup, the lady claimed that I picked it up already then she claimed that the shirt wasn’t at the dry cleaners.

      Hello.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  Sorry for the disrespectful response to a situation from staff member.  Our service is something we take pride in.  Employees should resolve an issue without an attitude, for this I am sorry.  This problem has been brought up and addressed with the employee.  We have never had a complaint regarding this individual, but the staff member has been put on alert that if it occurs again they will be terminated.  I only wish the customer had called or asked for a manager through our store first and we could have resolved this and talked directly.  I would love to have a conversation and talk to the customer if they are willing.  If they would call the store and ask for the manager, *** and leave their name and number with ***, I will return their call.

      Occurred: March 31st. Business, Kleen-A-Matic committed to dry cleaning my wedding dress. I had a couple stains on the bottom of my dress where it was on the floor, and one on the actual dress from a drink stain. After they “finished” their service there was a whole area on the front of the dress filled with stains, the fabric was course and hard (not silky as before) and there were tears in the sleeves. The business is not willing to pay for the price of the dress as they have completely destroyed the dress and is not something I would ever let my kids one day wear again for their weddings… the pictures below show my wedding dress before the wedding, after the wedding before the dry cleaners, and then directly after the dry cleaners while at the store. I was not able to upload them all because the files were too large. I can send any needed upon request. So I will just show after dry cleaners for reference.

      Hello.  Which location did this occur?  We have had the managers at each store go through the computers and tickets since March 31st and we have not had a customer by the name of Hana Arnott.  We have also gone back through receipts from March 31st through July 28th and no one by that name.  Also there was not a wedding dress dropped off at any of the locations on March 31st.  We have also spoken to everyone at the store asking if there had been any complaints about a wedding dress within the last 3 months and the answer was 'no'.  We have asked each location if there has been any wedding dress brought back to be redone, and the answer is 'no'.  We will always redo anything that a customer is not happy with but if they don't bring it back or contact us directly there is little we can do.  We are reaching out the to individual by email to get more answers.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      A mother in law dropped it off around March 13-20th. 

      Her name is ******* ***, also ****** *** could be another name it was under. Or **** ***. 

      Please contact the cleaners located at **** *** *** **** ********* ** *****. 


      Also, I am sorry but there is no way I would entrust my dress with that same company again to “try and fix it.” I would never go back and risk anything  

      I am asking for a refund of replacement cost of the wrecked dress
