      I was a regular customer at the Keen-A-Matic on 58 until recently. I brought them four pieces to have dry cleaned: a suit coat, suit pants, a winter coat and winter jacket. When I got home it looked like someone dumped bleach on three of the pieces and black ink all over the coat. I called immediately to make them aware of the problem and I was told my items were brought in that way. False. In the end, the customer service was poor and the "reimbursement" did not replace the items they destroyed.

      Were are sorry to hear Mrs. ******* feels she has been treated unfairly at our 58 location. We have been in business for over 75 years and hate losing any customers. We have paid Mrs ******* for two items on two separate occasions totaling $313.25. Her red coat had ink stains that we cleaned and tried to get out 8xs and were unsuccessful, so we compensated her for the coat. She also was unhappy with the way a jacket was pressed and we tried several times to get it to her liking and were unsuccessful. She wanted to be paid for the jacket, which we did. We looked up each item online and gave her the price as we found them. There was never any discussion about the amount we gave her nor did she imply dissatisfaction with the amounts. We thought the she was compensated and issue was resolved 3 weeks ago. We have not heard from Mrs ******* since she come by to pick up her check. We would've preferred discussing this directly with Mrs. ******* to resolve any lingering issue with our company.
