      I bought some oatmeal raisin cookies from the Deli at the East Brainerd rd Food City in Chattanooga and ate 1 cookie, but it was extremely hard, so I tried returning it to the Lee Hwy Food city and the customer service wouldn't let me return it and was looking all in the container, so I told her to just throw it away. They said I couldn't return the cookies at their store.
