      Worst move of my life. I had better movers when I gave some stoned college guys to move my furniture 20 years ago. Not only did they damage my furniture, they took 8 hours to compete a 3.5 job. They said they lost a mover mid job and had to call around for help. Then tried to charge me double my quote. This place is a scam.

      If I could, I'd purchase a highway billboard for the sole purpose of telling people not to use this company.
      I hired Bellhop for a small move 5 minutes from my current home. I love the UI experience and was so impressed with the modern scheduling (so many moving companies are old school).
      I scheduled about a month in advance of my move. Less than 24 hours before my move, Bellhop called me and left a voicemail. They then sent me an email saying that they couldn't assemble a team for my move and asked if I'd be okay rescheduling my move for 10 days later.
      They told me on a Sunday (everything is closed), so I had to call 30+ companies and pay extra to find a company who would move me on such short notice.
      While the customer service team did seem sorry, they did not seem to understand how difficult it is to reschedule a move 24 hrs before it happens. Moving is literally always time-sensitive.
      They did not seem to be trained in how to deescalate angry customers. They apologized, but offered nothing to make it right. I even said "please give me a reason to not leave a bad review, because I hate doing this and want to be able to recommend you" and they said "well, you do what you have to do." and offered to refund me, but that was it.
      I have moved several times with "old school" companies, and never have had someone cancel less than 24 hrs before my move. This company made me angry cry (not pretty), pay extra, and did not do anything to make it better. Using Bellhop will make your move even more stressful than it already is.

      Bellhop has disappointed me and inconvenienced me greatly as they just cancelled my moving date the DAY BEFORE they were scheduled to come. I only know this because I just happened to call them today (the day before) to confirm our appointment, as I hadn’t received any communication since my initial request approximately a week ago. I was told they have rescheduled my move for 8 days from the date they were expected. No one contacted me (an associate from the TN office said I was emailed yesterday, however I can locate no such email after carefully checking). The absence of basic customer service is appalling and unacceptable. I mentioned that I would be leaving a negative review and the associate replied “okay, have a nice day” in a slightly sarcastic tone and promptly hung up the phone. I will never use them in the future as I don’t trust their business practices. Establishing a confirmed moving day is important and I have no confidence in this company to fulfill their commitment to customers.

      I was treated very unfairly, 4 peaple suppose to move but only 3 showed up, the drivere was chiiling in his A/C truck had his head phones on & waching his phone, the team lead was waisting time on group chat to find another helper, then he waisted more time re-arrange the truck then first the team lead said the truck not going to fit then he changed the story & said the driver need to leave, they started to rush & skip wrapping things up & when I asked him to wrap my expensive leather couch he snapped at me & said "I'm not wrapping nothing, I'm re-arranging the truck" but yet they left the rest of furnature behind, the driver left without my knowledge, went to the other house waiting for movers for an hour, he left again before 3PM they dumped everything in the garage then he asked for tips I told him but the job is not done then they literlary ran out at 3:30, they committed a crime of video tapping me without my consent & committed fraud by reporting that they left at 6:30 instead of the actual time of 3:30, they cancelled the 3rd follow up move without letting me know & blocked my number to prevent me from reaching them for no apparent or untrue reasons so I end up finish the move with the help of my family needless to say the great distress that accured on me & my family, I'm really frustrated, digusted & disappointed from this horrible Co. & never going to use them again or recommended to anyone, -F rating!

      This company is the worst moving company I ever used. They broke my table, my file cabinet and lost the screws to my bed. I found one of my UGG boots in the street and parts of my artwork in the street. I filed a claim with their insurance company and never heard from them. Every time I called and asked them about my claim, they would place me on hold and never come back. The worst company ever. BEWARE!

      The bottom line is that they took my money and never showed up leaving us stranded to find another company to immediately unload about 6 big items from our ***. The *** people are picking up the *** at 10am and my belongings were to be unloaded yesterday.FRAUD FRAUD ***************

      Terrible experience with Bellhop. We booked for 5 movers and 5 hours. 3 movers showed up and they left after 3 hours. So half of our furniture was in our old house and half in the new one. They still trying to charge us the full amount for the move when they clearly breached the the terms of the contract. They will not return our calls and do not answer the phone when we call. I strongly advise you to avoid this company for your move.

      After setting up a move for over a month with this company, 10 days before the move we got a call from customer services saying their system allowed a double booking and that we were going to reschedule us for the following week!
      We have to have the house empty by the July 31st the move was set up for July 30th... We asked them to do the move any day before from Tuesday to Saturday and they came back saying no, they didn't have anyone for it! After the last phone call conversation they just cancelled our move, they keep on saying they care and felt bad but the bottom line was that they left us with out a mover and now we have to try to scramble to see if we can find anyone that can do the move for us!!!!!! Horrible experience!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone .. Please be aware they can cancel and leave you hanging!!!!

      It was never communicated with me that at 6 hours, whether all my things were moved or not, the workers were officially done. I was only told this 15 minutes before their day was done and only once I approached the team lead to inquire about the other things. We still had enough furniture at the other place to fill an 18 ft truck that had to be moved. At the last minute, per the workers advice, we had to scramble to rent our own truck and find help. Bellhop “courteously” gave us a $60 refund. That didn’t even cover our truck rental. Very, very, very disappointed!!!!
