    This company is a scam. I received a parking ticket even though I had paid and was in the time period. I have filed a dispute and heard nothing. What a waste of my time. Do not park at any of their parking lots in Chattanooga.

    After my meal at warehouse row, I found a “ticket” for $52.50 on my truck for parking outside the lines. The car next to me was parked in a way to force me to park on the line, not over. Do they even have the right to request additional fees? There is no signage indicating any penalties. And my truck barely would fit.
    Advise looking for any other parking. This place is a rip off and tried to scam me for extra funds.!

    This company has a super unreasonable parking violation policy. Their so called easy pay system is not at all easy to deal with if you are not familiar with smart phone QR scanning and etc. Anyone that reads any of these reviews can see that their system has flaws. Since we were from out of State, you would think that if an attedant could put one of those rude and nasty sticky parking violations on your window, thy could give you an all day parking charge instead. I've been traveling through Chattanooga and vacationing there for many years. I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars there. It's been a generational thing, My parents, myself, my kids and now my grand kids. This has been such a profound display of disrespect for tourist to your City, I may never stop there again and I surely won't spend my hard earned dollars there. I paid the violation because I did park there. I personally had just spent over $300 for Dining at a nearby Diner, we tried to contact the payment system before leaving for the Diner, but it didn't work properly. The nasty notice, I received by mail, about my car would be booted or compounded and the threat that I would be turned over to a collection agency for a $6 parking fee, well that was enough to make me extremely irritated. That $6 fee turned into a 42.50 charge and a nasty threat. Goodbye Chattanooga, I'll go through South Carolina to get to Pigeon Forge.

    I paid via credit card to park in the lot next to ******** ********** 7/19/24. Received a payment receipt. Came out to find a ticket on my car. Filed a dispute and still as of today are receiving requests for payment. I have never had such a difficult time proving payment. This company purposely makes it difficult and I will never park in one of there lots again.

    I think they cause the initial payment to fail just so they can overcharge you a ridiculous amount! Definitely a scam!

    This is a shell business. The listed phone number on the website is simply a voicemail. They do not return calls. In addition to this a ticket was issued even though parking was paid for. When a dispute was initiated they denied stating it was a time difference. The website and parking notice are two different entities. This is how they are able to skirt being held accountable for their scams. There will be more complaints and consumers will need to seek legal avenues.

    Utilized their QR system for payment through a convoluted secondary website requiring registration and 10 minutes of my time. I understood that my card had been charged the standard $12 fee but when I returned 2 hours later (into a 12 hour charge) I discovered a parking violation sticker for the amount of $42.50 due to nonpayment attached to my car. Attempts to speak with someone at their number have failed. This is a very poor system.

    Online payment added 20 dollars extra to my parking ticket. I submitted and a dispute. Just after I clicked the submit button, the ticket was adjusted back to the original fee. Padding a bill for 20 dollars for no reason other than greed should not be tolerated. This is not the way businesses should operate in our wonderful city.

    Very unsympathetic to out of town seniors on fixed incomes! I am not use to paying for parking and made a mistake with my son’s car! Guess I’ll have to pay it and cut back on my meds.

    Predatory business. Bad for nearby businesses due to astronomical parking fines. Will never park in a BrightBase lot again, even if it means not frequenting the adjacent businesses.
