    We paid for parking, went to the aquarium, showed payment on credit card, now they want $42.00. We cannot speak to a person; they know we paid for parking. They are a scam; any disputes are handled by email. The reviews I have read seems to be happening more than I realized. Could this be happening more to out of state vehicles. This is a very bad company and should be investigated and boycotted.

    Cited parking ticket for a very clear parking spot that was paid for. Would not communicate other than email and wouldn’t discuss why the parking space was valid. Terrible company with awful customer service.

    An extortion company they charge you for parking tickets 800% markup. I have called 3 days in a row and NO ONE never answers the phone I have left voicemail to not be returned they charged me 2x for parking in their lot when I my company has a contract with them so I am not supposed to pay to park there but their website was not working correctly so I was charged and I can’t get ahold of anyone to get my money back.

    I paid $10 for two hours of parking at 3pm. I came back to my car before 5pm and found a $40 ticket that was issued at 3:32pm. I was a fool and paid the ticket before disputing it. I have bank statement to prove I paid for parking at the correct time in the correct lot and I emailed the company asking for clarification with zero response.

    They double charge when you pay for parking and refuse to refund the second charge.
