    I purchased a book from this company and tried the subscription for free. I cancelled it but he kept charging me; then he stated that he will only refund 30 days. I was like, fine then. This was in June. He sent an email stating that he cancelled my subscription. I thought all was well. I reviewed my statement this month and realized he is still charging me. He sent the same type of email that he sent in June about him cancelling my subscription. I have emailed him and he is stating that he can only refund the last 30 days. He should not be charging my card. It was cancelled in June of this year and should have been cancelled in May. I need this man to refund my account for June, July, August, September, & October and not charge my card again. I contacted the credit card company and ask them to send me out a new card with a new number.

    I have not heard from the company. I am not satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter. I want my money refunded. This ____ has taken $400 plus from my account.

    The company offered a free piano book with the purchase of shipping for $9.95. However, when I submitted my payment they added a charge of $147 for a membership to their online academy that was not included in the original order. When I brought up the discrepancy and asked for a refund I was told that I would need to wait until my book arrived and return it before I would be eligible for a refund.

    Per our refund guarantee, the customer was refunded as soon as they shipped the books they ordered back to us. We actually have not received the product back, but are trusting that the customer did actually return the books as they said they did.
