We called her several times. She gave notice she was moving out on July 1st. She didn't move out until July 6th. The keys were brought back at a later date.

She was charged a cleaning fee because the apartment was not cleaned. We have pictures of this. Rent was prorated from the 1st until the 6th. We do this for everyone if they aren't moved out by month end. She was also charged a final water, sewer, and trash bill. The total was $556.07. ******* came into the office and acted out of character to the point we had to call the police on her.

We are at the office everyday Monday - Saturday.
