    I have held off on doing this review as long as I can and I can’t anymore. I have been without air since March 8th. I put in a request when it was a GVA property and Midtown Ridge. During this time, I was on a leave so I very rarely left the house. No maintenance ever came. Then The work order got closed. I was told when the order was first put in after a week of no relief that it would not be a priority since the temperature at that time was not over 85 degrees consistently. When it was closed, the maintenance person at that time said he would come but no one would be home. Again, that is a lie because I was on leave. He would put some liquid in the outside unit (when he finally looked) and I would be cool for a couple of days and it would go back to not working. This has been a back and forth for months. Not sure if they thought the problem would be magically fixed or what. I was told that the office did not have a key to my apartment but just a few weeks ago Naomi, a leasing agent, said they would have to use a key to come in since I did not answer (I was working) so where did the key come from? To prove they have a key, I received another message stating I had an inside leak instead of an outside leak. No follow up has been done. I can’t consistently keep calling. I even requested can they keep putting the liquid in the outside unit until they can actually fix the problem, never happened. I should not have to follow up on an issue that has been going on for FIVE months now. One thing they can follow up and call and leave letters about is late rent. I have never been offered compensation or really a legit apology but you want rent for a practically unlivable apartment on time…got it.
