    Customer Service is terrible I've been waiting for my rims and tires since August 2023. Called several times to check on my order status. Every time told it'll be another 3 months. Finally called by the manager Brad at ext. ***. I should have received my order Aug 16,2024. Now being told it will be November. Wondering if Coker is a scam?

    I ordered a set of wheels from their clearance link. My order was canceled due to the wheels were out of stock but the website kept the wheels on the site still showed on sale and allowed me to create another order if I wanted to make the purchase again. Really upset with my experience. I had to call in for them to notice the sale was still showing on their site. They also told me they have no plans to restock the wheel. So this wasn't a sale, but discontinued completely.

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive such news. This was by no means intentional. The clearance items sold much faster than expected and updating the website was not as swift as we would have preferred. Again, our apologies.

    Recently ordered 2050....advertisement says stainless steel.....FALSE STATEMENT and FALSE ADVERTISING. They are ALUMINUM!!!!!!!!

    **** *** *** "BERNIE" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE MY TONE ****** TODAY. I'VE WAITED FOREVER FOR PRO TRAC N50s TO BE IN STOCK.
    I WAS THE FIRST TO GET AN ORDER IN LAST WEEK FOR 2 TIRES $900 AND I GOT A DEFECT. MATERIAL ACTUALLY MISSING FROM THE TIRE IN 2 SPOTS!! NOT A SCUFF
    .....SOME CLOWN EVEN PUT A STICKER ON THE TIRE STATING IT WAS THE "LAST TIRE" THEY PUT THE STICKER RIGHT ON THE DEFECT AREA. LOL GREAT EMPLOYEE !!
    I FEEL SO BAD I HURT BERNIES BABY EARS, SO BAD THAT I CALLED MY BANK AND STOPPED THE PAYMENT.
    DONT EVER HANG UP ON ME AGAIN. I WILL CALL BACK WORSE LOL
