    Stinky pinky does my trash service, they changed over their payment system and no longer have my payment information as I was on auto pay prior to the change. The website will not let you sign up for auto pay without information. You can only get from the company, when you try calling the company rings for 30 minutes and then goes to a full voicemail. I was finally able to get a hold of somebody on the phone after about 2 1/2 hours, and they said there was no way they could help with the payment issue. I have tried emailing the company *** tried calling. I have tried contacting in anyway I know how so that I can pay a bill they are saying I owe. Please help me resolve this issue before this incompetent company tries to say Im not paying my bills

    We set out our trash cans on Sunday night, Monday is our regular pickup day, no one picked up the trash, we called on Tuesday and told the representative that our trash wasnt picked up. The representative said there wasnt a reason listed why it wasnt picked up but said she would call us back. I called again today because the trash still hasnt been picked up, the representative said that they wont pick it up until an investigation has occurred which means I could be stuck with trash in front of my house for weeks.

    02-21-25. The business was closed due to inclement weather. I understand safety. I awake this morning. To find that the trash truck is running today on Friday. My day is normally Thursday. I called the company several times. Finally spoke to a representative who took my name address and phone number and said she placed a pick up request for my trash. I awaited all day and tried calling them before their office closed. Repeatedly. The phone was sent to voicemail box that will not take messages due to it being full. Finally I get on the phone with a representative who tells me now that there will be a 35 dollar fee and they cant come till Tuesday next week. I paid for the service they provided me no notice of the date change and now want to charge extra. My cans are overflowing. I have left my number for the manager but have received no call back. And the office closed 11 min ago at 4pm. Someone needs to hold this company accountable for the services that we pay for.
