    Horrible trash company. They never pick up on time, and never answer the phone when you call for any reason. It's also incredibly difficult to cancel service with them.

    The only reason I'm giving one star is there's nothing lower. The only time they pick up my trash is when I call and complain. It was only picked up once in April. I in no way would recommend this company. Service has completely disappeared since they sold out. I guess the new owners don't care.

    They miss my trash a few times a month. If they change my pick up day I am never notified. If they miss the pick up I just have to wait until the next day. Horrible trash service.

    This is the THIRD week that our trash hasn’t been picked up. We put it out Sunday night, pick up day is MONDAY. But here we are on Tuesday with full trash cans. They never give us a reason when we call to complain and they don’t even send someone to get it until they “investigate” it, which takes over a week. I don’t know what we are paying for, this is insane.

    This review/complaint is based on a recent action taken by this company to increase their revenue while holding their customers hostage. I understand prices go up sometimes due to the economy, etc., but the method taken recently is unethical and underhanded. If customers weren't paying attention they might have missed this. The company announced that as of January 1st 2024 a $50 charge would be incurred for cancelling service; even though no such agreememt with the company existed prior to this. Now they have announced that a monthly price increase will go into effect as of February 1st. It appears that they are attempting to hold the customers hostage with the way they went about these increases. These recent actions are unfair practices and, if nothing else, quite unethical. There was no contract to set up service, so why should a customer be penalized for ending service? I feel that someone should look into this. At the minimum future customers should be forewarned. In addition, in 2020 they added a $1 'fuel charge' that they assured was only temporary; four years later they are still charging this 'temporary' fee.
