Sometimes trying to follow all the ins and outs of legal issues is mind-numbing. The attorney and team (Clarksville) working our needs took the time to explain the legals terms, issues to consider and develop exactly the documents to fit our needs. Very friendly, professional and focused on making sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the decisions and actions to be taken. My background is Industrial Engineering which included working issues with customer satisfaction for organizations. 5 stars5 Star Experience- on Estate Planning & Crypto Currency Security
I have been with Crow Estate Planning and Probate since 2019, and their counsel on estate planning is second to none. John C*** was both patient and thorough in helping me determine my needs, and in helping me understand legal concepts that was previously beyond my ability to grasp. As a result, and after only one office visit, I now consider my Will, Trust and all other estate planning to be-- [iron clad, cast in concrete] 100% complete.
Recently, (and in light of horror stories in the news about loss and theft of crypto currency assets), I realized that I needed counsel on reliable management and security to ensure my distribution wishes upon my passing. Kyle S******, Counsel For Digital Assets, not only helped me understand the current cypto security situation, but also crafted a device linking my crypo currency assets to my will and trust, removing all my concerns over loss or theft. In other words, after seeing Kyle, I feel like my crypto assets are as good as ‘in the vault.’
Bottom line- If you are like I was, procrastinating to the point that you are sabotaging your own estate wishes, but you finally come to your senses and realize you’re in need of thoughtful and professional estate planning-- Better Call Crow Estate Planning & Probate!
