      Mr S****** and his staff were wonderful to work with. Absolutely all of our questions were answered and the nice part is we never felt rushed. Made an appointment for my dad also right afterward.

      We had our Wills updated and established a Trust document. Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Efficient staff. Immediately upon making an initial appointment, Crow staff responded via email with a detailed form to be completed before the initial appointment. This clearly demonstrated a well-managed, detailed, and thorough process. This form provided the attorney all our information needed to begin the process during our first meeting and saving attorney/client time. John C*** explained all our options and costs very clearly and in great detail while patiently answering all our questions. Immediately we were put at ease and felt very confident in each final decision. The final Trust document was presented in an impressive notebook organized with each section of the Trust separated by clearly identifiable tabs. Highly recommend Crow Estate Planning and Probate.

      Honestly, when I hear myself say that I had an amazing experience at a lawyer's office, it's something I didn't ever think I would utter but here we are.

      From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and made to feel very comfortable. Once I explained what I was after, I was introduced to Kyle S****** and he explained the process in very simple to understand terms and made sure any questions I had were answered. In a matter of a few days, the legal documents were prepared, proofread, finalized, and signed. Expeditious, thorough, and just the type of customer service I expect.
