      Completely shady business practices. Their driver went on private gated property and towed our car with no notice to the office and even though the resident sticker was in the vehicle. The tow company charged $150 to get the car back even though they had no evidence it was parked in error and despite being shown the sticker in the vehicle. The apartment complex told us this is a repeat problem with this company. We have filed a police report. Horrible business practices and absolutely rude treatment to a disabled veteran.
      The reviews on their ****** page also speak to a pattern of Illegal towing and greedy actions.

      You were in a GATED community that requires a parking pass at all time that is VISIBLE. Your permit was NOT. I have the young lady on camera stating it was In the center console because they had just got back from being out of town and was also in repair shop just before that.  The entire conversation is on camera. As well as the tow it self. The property management and Clarksville Police Department are notified every time a vehicle is towed. Our office was never shown a pass. I told you to contact the police. And this tow had nothing to do with anyone being a disable veteran. Our ****** reviews are full of satisfied customers and dissatisfied vehicle owners that did not follow the rules of apartment complexes or properties the we provide a service for.       The apartment complex management stated that they have asked your company to cease and desist and do not have a contract with this towing company.
      The apartment complex staff also said there was no notification that a vehicle was being towed.
      The permit was visible ON the console in the car if someone looked in the window.
      It's unsafe for young ladies to advertise where they live so the sticker is never mounted to the car.
      There were also 5 other cars in the same area parked without stickers visible on the rear of the car.
      In regard to your "on camera" remarks- if there was evidence of no sticker and was told by towing company representative, they did not have any evidence and only had a pic of the license plate.
      We feel that someone had to be watching the car to tow it in the short time that the driver was away from it. We did file a police report because, after all interactions with your company, she felt that she was being targeted. The **** driver that dropped her off even asked if he should stay because the situation and site looked unsafe. The situation was serious enough that we've been advised to work on getting an order of protection.
