    Absolutely horrible. We called David to schedule a soil test done back in October of 2023 before our neighbor's land next to us was even put up for sale. He put us down to come out to conduct the soil test for January 2024. When we called him back in January to see which day he could be out, he completely forgot about us. Luckily, I had taken notes of the prices he quoted us and thus sparked his recollection of our conversation. He said he couldn't come in January but would put us in for February. By then, our new neighbors who bought the property next door had already had David out to conduct their soil test. He stopped answering our phone calls, would not return our voicemails and we have lost out of five months of waiting for him to come out and conduct a soil test. Completely unprofessional, especially since he doesn't properly take notes down of when he speaks to clients and can't remember whom or when he spoke to them.
