      I have had a loan with Southern Security Federal Credit Union for a little over two years. I contacted them Friday 1-17-25 to inquire about a possible discrepancy. I was told that my loan officer, ***** ***** would call me on Tuesday 1-21-25. She called me that morning, but I couldn't get to my computer. I asked her to call me back in 5 minutes, and she said she would. She didn't call me back, so I tried calling her, and leaving her a message. After she didn't call me back, I contacted someone in collections the following day on 1-22-25. The lady I spoke with told me she couldn't look at my account, and ***** would call me back two days later on 1-24-25 between 12 and 5. I still haven't heard back from her. I need someone who can look up my loan to contact me.

Ms. ****** has spoken to Mr. ****** in the past and has addressed his concerns. We take member service very seriously and always strive to resolve/answer our member's concerns and questions.       I am rejecting this response because: She did contact me the morning of 1-21-25. I asked her to call me back in  five minutes, because I had to tend to something. She said she would call me back. However, she did not call back, or make any attempts to call me back. I made multiple attempts to contact her, also leaving a voicemail. If I have any future questions about my account, I will enquire about them then.

      I deposited my son refund check from the *** on 11/4/2024. I withdrew $7400.00 the same day. Everything was going fine until one day the account was locked. I am on my son account so I can withdraw and transfer money as well. I called to spoke with ********* ******* and she stated that the check was fraudulent, I advised her that the check is not fraudulent and it came from the *** in the mail. My son then called and she begin to ask him how did he get that much money back. She begin to ask him personal questions on how did he get that much money back. ********* states she is waiting on the *** to reply. My son called the *** and they stated the check is not on hold the check cleared in an October. They have my account on hold as well so I cant retrieve any fund either. My son payroll check is being held along with whats left of the check.

      The funds have been released, and Ms. ***** has her money. We were instructed by the ************** to hold the funds. We were within our rights to investigate the deposited item. We spoke numerous times with Ms. ***** and she was fully aware of why we held the money. She was shown the correspondence from the Treasury that we received.

      Southern Security Federal Credit Union took $972.00 out of my account. They claim that they received a message from Social Security reclaiming the payment. Ive spoken with several agents with Social Security and they can find no record nor reason to reclaim my sons SSA payment. Ive spoken with Southern Security Federal Credit Union and it seems as though they dont really want to help. I feel that if Social Security says that they didnt send a notice of any kind to reclaim this payment, they bank should at least investigate it. But it seems like Im getting the run around. Plus Im receiving a lot of overdraft fees.

      The credit union was debited on 3-5-24 by Social Security. We have communicated this to ************** and advised her to either go to a Social Security office or to call them back and ask for a manager. We had no choice but to debit the account to offset the debit to our account by Social **********************.

      I had a disputed amount in the amount of ******* after finally noticing after being in and out of the hospital with cancer treatments and other things I noticed unusual activity and reported it. Scu gave me a provisional credit and then took 500 back saying I didn't report my card missing in a timely manner which my card number has to be compromised not my card,I found my card. I need my 500 just based on what ******************* said your bank lost a lot of money , how about that I the consumer lost money. I will fight this and take it as far as necessary

      ********** filed disputes on multiple charges made using her debit card. Part of the dispute resolving process includes investigations into the charges based on the information presented by our customer as well as information gathered from the vendors that received the funds from the account.  Provisional credit including the $500 deductible originally withheld has been deposited back to ************** account while the investigation continues.

      I made a deposit through the atm after hours. Something happened with the atm it gave me a receipt saying it was unable to return my cash and to contact the bank. I was the first one Im the office when they opened the next morning. I filled out the necessary paperwork. They told me they would check the atm and call me. I never heard anything. Called member services and spoke to *****. ***** informed me that it may take up to 10 business days but she would see to it that someone called me back. Now a month later I call again. No one has any idea about anything and there are no notes in the system or record of the paperwork I filled out. It was $133.
