5 stars****** ******* performed our Winter Fam Plan maintenance check on our three units this afternoon, and did a wonderful job! It was very clear she knows what she is doing, and was very professional in her review presentation when she had finished. ****** clearly went over all her findings, which there werent many as we were in good shape, and answered any questions I had very knowledgeably.We continue to trust Choates for all of our homes HVAC needs. They always call 30 min prior to coming to give me plenty of notice as well as a picture of the technician that will be coming. Today we had CJ.
