5 starsA technician came and performed the annual heating tune-up on 9-25-23 under the family plan. It got cool on 10-8-23 so we turned the heat on and the heater would not work. We called Choates on 10-9-23 and *********************** came out that same day. He spotted the problem immediately. The gas had somehow been turned off to the heater. **** corrected this and made sure everything was working properly. He was very polite, efficient, and professional. This was a great response from choates and just what we would expect from an excellent company that puts customers first.Review fromNorbert Z
