      ****** came out this morning to do the annual ******************************************* inspection. She was very thorough & explained in detail what she was going to do & what she did. Glad to be part of the Choates Fam plan. ****** is an excellent representative for the company.

      Not happy. Service was fine but I had to pay $199.00 for some one to come flip a switch. They could have said its your breaker one time customer service if it happens again we gotta charge you.

      I left ********************* due to numerous bad experiences. Choates technician ***** came by for routine maintenance and was extremely courteous and professional. This is only my 2nd visit by Choates but so far I am very pleased. I was originally pleased by ****** so hopefully they (Choates) don't disappoint in the future.
