      Our technician came out yesterday and today. He was respectful and explained everything to us. In addition to that, when we called the office, they were courteous and responded to our inquiry within a timely manner. Great customer service!

      Great company, I have been using their family plan (fam plan) for over 15 plus years. I have had a new ac unit installed, tankless installed and many of services performed twice a year. Excellent service, friendly staff and always give you a detailed explanation and solution to your problems. Thank you for your honesty and dedication in servicing our family AC and Plumbing needs.

      Did not replace the broken unit. Promoted his company to replace it but to do that we have to buy into THEIR plan.

      My upstairs air went out and Choates was quick to schedule an appt, gave me a notice when they were headed my way and the service technician was courteous and resolved my issue.

      Last year when they installed the new unit, it would have been 5 stars. When I asked them to fix the condensation drain as part of a warranty work from last year, I was told to pay them for their time, pay them for the work. Pay them for looking at it again. That they will provide an estimate. This is not the first new unit I have ever purchased in my life. The other heating and air people stood behind their work when I purchased a unit from them. Not an impressive experience.

      ****** ******* was out ystrdy afternoon for our first summer ******* visit to clean/inspect both a recently installed by Choates Carrier system and an older Trane system. Ms ******* could not have been a better representative of Choates. She was prompt, articulate, and professional in absolutely every way. We left another **** company preferring to work with a local group for the Carrier install & maintenance hoping for better service and communication; the care and detailed focus received from Choates with this service visit and the previous winter cleaning with ******* **** is precisely the type of service we were looking for and am very happy to have experienced.

      Technicians checked my air conditioner and found the problem pretty quickly, fix the issue. Very professional and upfront about what he was doing. Only problem with choates was the part was 5 times the price what it should have cost. But better than a new unit.
