      I don't typically write reviews for any company but have never experienced a company with worse customer service or business model. The subscription process is totally unethical. They will supposedly send the order in two parts and will bill monthly. They don't.I received Part 1 of my order but not Part 2. They billed monthly anyway. Then they renewed the subscription without prior authorization and debited my account. Even after canceling the order they sent an email saying they were going to bill for the remainder of the subscription anyway.Their customer service people are rude and apparently too lazy to process requests in a timely manner.

      I initially purchased a 4 month subscription of the Fruit, *********** Blend Capsules and Omega Blend Capsules (or at least I thought I would receive a monthly supply) for a monthly payment of $113.63, totaling to $454.52. I started this subscription Aug 2024, and received email confirmation of the 4 scheduled monthly payments. I received my 1st shipment on 8/27, of 120 capsules each of the Fruit, Veg, ***** Blend and Omega capsules. I misunderstood this shipment would be my entire 4 month supply for the 4 monthly payments. The advertising for these products are false and misleading because the directions says to take 2 capsules/day, making this a 60 day (2 months) supply from 120 capsules and not a 4 month supply like ******** from JuicePlus+ Collections was trying to explain to me via email correspondence. Also, when purchasing (AND WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS), they are misleading making it seem like a monthly product subscription when it's actually just a monthly payment plan. I tried contacting JuicePlus+ multiple times via phone and their messaging system to gain clarification on this subscription order as money was being withdrawn promptly from my account every month, but I was not receiving product. I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone, and so I proceeded to contact my bank on Nov 19th to dispute the monthly transactions for Sept and Oct and contacted them again on Dec 13th for month of Nov. I did not hear from them until I received an email on Dec 12th stating my account was under collections for the months of Sept and Oct. ($227.26) since it was past their 30-day pre-collection window. Yet, I never had any outstanding debt and it was only until I disputed those transactions with my bank that they considered these "missed payments", making this a false claim on their behalf. To know that my credit score may be impacted by this false claim is infuriating and unethical. Plus, I received a 2 month and not a 4 month supply as advertised on their website.

      If I could give Zero stars I would. I had been getting the chewables for a few years and was part of the children's healthstudy where they provided additional chewables for free for my kids. Last year, all of a sudden I started getting charged three times what I had been every month. My order had been split up to be sent every 2 months instead of every 4, so the amount didn't change. All of a sudden I received a ton of chewables which triggered me to look at my account to see the overcharges. When my *** and I called JuicePlus, which by the way, they shut their phones down before they are actually closed, they told me that I had to renew the Health Study every year and if I didn't I would be charged. Nowhere was that communicated at any point, plus, why do you need to renew if they extended the healthstudy up to 26 years old?! JuicePlus moved to a new system and not only my ***, but others, have had issues with their orders and are being overcharged. Shame on me for not checking my ******** earlier, but it just goes to show that JuicePlus is nothing but a pyramid scheme and has unethical business practices. I will be taking up these overcharges with my credit card.

      BBB Customer Review #****** We regret the customers difficulty while trying to contact us. Our customer service center has already contacted the customer. When we spoke with the customer on Friday 11/15/24 their order was canceled. We also issued refunds for the two payments from the recent order and confirmed that the order had been fully canceled. The customer did ask for a refund for the order prior to the 7/20/23 shipment date but we explained that this fell outside of our posted return policy. The matter was resolved to the customers satisfaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer and thank them for being a previous Juice Plus+ customer.

      No one in the business office answers calls anymore. I have tried to call countless times over the past few months in order to modify my subscription. It is impossible to cancel my subscription because of the installment plan that I can't change online.

      Been a customer for 12 years and a *** for 8 years. The company and products are solid. If an issue comes up and a customer's *** is not available, customer support is able to help. There is always a solution to a problem. My family loves the products which have significantly helped our health and nutrition. The culture is one of the most positive I've been a part of. Overall, great company and products. One of the best decisions I made for our family.

      I have called Juice plus numerous times. Each time Ive told them that a juice plus consultation has been using my email to sign people up. I have been receiving ACH debt information for multiple people I dont even know. I have called, been told Ive spoken with supervisors etc and nothing has changed. I have received 4 emails this months of someone elses deposits.I know I would be livid if my personal banking information was being sent to someone I dont know and the company refuses to do anything about it.

      This company is continuing to charge after I cancelled my subscription and receive email confirmation that it was cancelled. Now they will not answer calls or emails. I am also unable to log into my account the email will not send for me to get into it. And also the product is dum just eat some vegetables dont take eight pills a day for $113 a month its ridiculous! I had to cancel my cc over this because they will not reach back out to me and then I get on here to find out it is not the first time this has happened to someone. You are a bad company full of covid deniers. I will never go back to using your products again.

      The person I ordered my product from was new(1st day). She had a *** training her on the phone with me. I specifically said several times I didnt want the kit nor did I want to become a sells person. I asked for the purchase of $***** only. They sent two boxes, 4 packs in each box. I was told the 2nd box was for my grandson that lived with me. Now theyre telling me its ***** per pack and has forward a reading balance of $176 on my credit ***ort.

      this is a legal scam; been billing me for months, and not even delivering anything after the first one when I bought from a 'friend' who was selling it, had no idea they were signing me up for a subscription that would take money from my account every month for nothing in return.

      The Juice Plus+ Company received a new order on 10/11/23 for Juice Plus+ ***** Blend Capsules for customer **************** The next day 10/12/************************* was contacted by email from **************** asking us to give credit for the order to his correct JP+ representative(seller) **************** and we responded back to **************** that we honored his request and moved his order to the proper person. This order was a recurring order that would ship every four months. On 2/11/24 The Juice Plus+ Company shipped the second order and shipment tracking confirmed delivery to **************** After submitting his review to the BBB, we were notified of the situation. Immediately we exchanged emails with **************** on the details of the order confusion. We followed up with a phone call to remedy the situation to the customers' satisfaction (with order cancellation and a credit issued).

      Way overpriced!!I have been taking Juice Plus for years now and even though its a good product I feel the customer service is going downhill tremendously and also they are way overpriced because they keep going up on their prices and they dont offer no discounts for seniors or Veterans. Plus they are hiring oversee, call centers, which I dont believe in because I prefer to speak to Americans who understand my language. The product is good when you complain they always have an excuse why theyre going up as long as they keep going up on their prices and they keep going up for me personally, Im paying $80 a month and eventually Ill be retiring so I wont be able to keep up with it anymore. Plus my wife is on disability after speaking to one of the customer service representative, they said theyre not gonna give any discounts or any veterans or senior discounts, and they always have an excuse why they are going up on price. With the economy being the way, it is with everything going up I am not gonna be able to keep up with it much longer because everythings going up with the paycheck so when I do retire in a few years, I wont be able to keep taking it. they should only have Americans talking to Americans as far as Im concerned and also they should offer senior discounts and also veterans discounts. Also, they offer discounts to people who have been with them for a while. Its important to take care of of your health but its also important to take care of our country by having Americans work not hiring overseas centers to save money and thats what theyre doing. They should make it so everyone can afford it. I am right now. Seriously considering getting rid of Juice Plus because I Im not gonna be able to afford it much longer and their customer service is horrible, Ive only found one person down there theres any good! I have been a customer with ********************** for a very long time I believe without a shadow of a doubt they are extremely overpriced.
