      I love juice plus and have been using it for a couple of years now. For all of the financial complaints below, you have to communicate with the person whom you purchased it from to make sure they understand if you want the installment plan or a one time purchase. I have never had an issue with customer service. These products have been tested more than any product on the market and found to have very positive health benefits.

      This company and it's products has been such a blessing to me and so many people that I know, because it is affordable and even agree for children!.The quality of the Juice Plus products seem to be of the HIGHEST standards, and they are so very transparent about where their produce is grown, the care that goes into it, and the *************************** (NSF) standard that makes it even better than organic and why so very many Olympians trust and only use this brand for nutritional support without the risk of contaminants!It is also the fact that there's over 40 clinical research done in this product that continues to be impressive and I'm blown away by how many thousands of Medical doctors, dentists, ******************** profile Health professionals, etc.. that actually use and recommend Juice Plus for over Thirty years now, that I feel confident I'm putting the best of its kind in my body.Also love that billing can be stopped at anytime and they even delayed the payment if ever a customer need extra time to pay.This ******************************************************** has such a big heart for families and ahead of its time, The give millions back and so they are in my constant prayers that this company will be around for many more generations to come!????????????

      Charged for "installments" I did not authorize. Nor am I a 'distributor.' I was told that an amount was going to "Collections" and payment was due ASAP! I tried to call company but was on hold for an hour and figured they don't want to be reached due to all the lawsuits and investigations into this company for this EXACT kind of fraud. Then I got called by some work at home youngster who I could not even understand because his dog was barking so loudly. Unprofessionally and appeared scammy--like I'd give him any money after threats??? I will get another similar product for now on because if they are committing fraud in this area, how can I trust any other part of the company, including quality. If the company replies with their "cut and paste" to this I think I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and demand my refund on allllllll purchases I did not authorize in installment payments. There's better products out there--and who won't commit fraudulent charging. Its time that things are made right with the people Juice Plus has defrauded

      I joined Juice Plus as a Promoter back on November 14, 2023. It's $52 to join this company. I ended up leaving a few days later because I was not given the correct information about these starter kits. I called the company to end my account. They closed my account that same day. I also asked for a refund of my $52. I was told that it will take 3 to 5 business days. That was back on November 16th. I never received my $52. I emailed them again on November 26, 2023. They told me that they didn't have anything showing they were supposed to refund me the money on their end. Which is BS! They said I will get my money no later then 28th. I woke up this morning and I got it on November 30, 2023 after telling them I will report them! What a joke this company is! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Never again will this happen to me.

      Worst company ever !! I signed up to be a distributor and have asked on numerous occasions to stop the auto ship and they keep ignoring my request. Make this company accountable!! Please and thank you *******************

      FRAUDULENT BILLING The rating, of course, is ZERO. I have never, to my knowledge, had ANY commerce with this company; I don't recognize their name or ever buy anything like the products they sell.For this reason, I was shocked to find out that they had made FOUR unauthorized charges of $640 on my business credit card over a 2-day period, without ********* noting anything unusual. It turned out that they had actually issued refunds for all those charges. It goes without saying that I am closing that credit card account. However, I cannot have **** notify my dozens of regular authorized recurring billers of my new card info, since Juice Plus has listed themselves as a company that receives that as well, so would automatically have also gotten my new account info.This means I will have to contact individually every creditor, & deal with some who will have a payment declined & want to penalize me or my credit rating.It's one thing to "forget" to stop billing a small monthly payment for which a customer had signed up, but quite another to randomly bill a non-customer for hundreds of dollars; this is outright criminal fraud. The refund may blunt the investigation of disputed charges, but it demonstrates they can just help themselves to your money. And who knows how mans Read your statements carefully, every month!
