      I purchased a used vehicle on May 2nd, 2024 and while the salesman was "somewhat" interactive via text throughout my initial interest, it quickly died off once I purchased the vehicle and requested that the manager call me.
      I had reached out to the dealership on the morning of the 2nd to inquire about a vehicle and throughout the day, the salesman was able to answer some, not all questions I had. Enough to where I decided to move forward with the purchase. The salesman asked that i complete an online finance application to expedite the process as it was a 50-mile drive for me and i would not be at the dealership until after 5pm. I had completed the application and was informed that we would be good to go and he would see me shortly.
      Once i got to the dealership, I took the vehicle for a test drive and decided that i was interested. From this point forward i waited approx. 2.5 hours for them to "appraise" my trade in and COMPLETE the finance application, even though i had completed it earlier to expedite the process. While this was merely an annoyance, the next day is when the frustration came into play.
      Leaving the dealership at approx. 830pm to drive over an hour home, i was thrilled but noticed that the rear end wouldn't hold traction when accelerating. It was the next morning during a rainstorm that it appeared to be worse and that's when i noticed that the rear tires had little to no tread on them and immediately texted the salesperson to address my safety concerns. The salesperson responded the following day to let me know that he would speak with his manager. Over the next 3 days, it was crickets, even with my continuous text (to include pictures) until i was told that there was "nothing they could do and if i would like, the manager would reach out to me". Well here i am, roughly 2 weeks later, still sliding on wet pavement, having texted the salesman multiple times and no response.

      Purchased a new truck at this dealership in 2022.
      I get the truck serviced here, since it is under full warranty, though I don't recommend coming here.
      One star given because zero wasn't an option.
      1)part in new truck didn't work properly almost immediately
      2)service dept orders/gets wrong part in
      3)go to service appointment & work from their waiting area for 3 hours, they alert me to fact that part is wrong - but, hey, your oil is changed
      4)call days ahead of new appointment to ensure that correct part is there - have voice & text confirmation from Mandy in service dept that it is
      5)go to 1030am appointment and work in waiting area again, this time for 4 hours, only to be told at 230pm that they can't find the part - but, hey, they did rotate the tires...
      6)the general manager then says that the part isn't even covered (because he thinks it works well enough) though it's a new truck with an extended warranty
      7)I was understandably upset, though not being aggressive, and general manager proceeds to tell me I'm not welcome to have my truck serviced there anymore - because I said at some point he needed to admit to ineptitude - (or did he just not like me because I'm brown with curly hair?)
      Bottom line:
      Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat
      defrauds the consumer/customer regarding warranties and has terrible customer service -
      and to add insult to injury, they try to make you feel like the bad guy for complaining about it. I will be going out of my way to alert other consumers that this dealership should be avoided.

      I don't even know were to start. I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from them. I was told I couldn't get the car because it was in the certified inspection since it only had a little over 62,000 miles on it. Told them ok on Tuesday so this went back and fort for days finally said vehicle was ready they would bring it and paper work to me. So they did van wasn't detailed very well but didn't think much about it due to I know how hard it is to keep help now days. Less than 10 hours later I'm broke down on side of the road with fuel line off vehicle. Had to have van towed, missed a day of work and was told I was being ridiculous thinking they could just give me my car back. I signed the papers for a used car and that's what I got So they fixed the hose and cleaned the vehicle again also told me they would fix the bumper if it wouldn't buff out. I got vehicle back next day stayed in touch with them for a week about bumper to be told that they wasn't doing anything about it it's a used vehicle. That if I want to pay them they will fix it. So now a month later I'm driving down the road and the air has went out called of course everyone is to busy to talk to me. Updated called back talked to service and Alex said I purchased a used vehicle and it would cost over a hundred dollars to diagnose the vehicle. I will never purchase anything from them again and will make sure I tell everyone how I was treated. A little respect goes a long way and I have bought plenty of used vehicles from other lots and they stand behind them. This was a 32,000 dollar purchase not something cheap. Wished I didn't have to give one star
