      Purchased vehicle on January 18, 2025. Initially I was told and have in text proving that this vehicle was certified. When I went to purchased (drove 2hrs) and started paperwork I asked about the warranty info. They stated it was not certified. That was my first red flag and should have left. I went through with process and still purchased vehicle. Got home and a week later the oil change light came on. They didnt even give me a fresh oil change or a tank of gas after spending ****** with them. After 2 months of calling they finally reimbursed me for oil change and the money they charged me for new tags even though I was transferring plates. Now, 2 1/2 months later Im still waiting on my registration. Ive had to get another new temp tag because its taken so long to process. The lady Ive spoke with *****, has been very nice and helpful, but Ive purchased lots of vehicles and never had this many issues getting my car registered. I keep getting the excuse of they had to get a duplicate title because the initial one was lost or something to that fact. When I called this week, nothing had been processed because they are still waiting. By the end of it, we are almost at 3 months. This is unacceptable from a reputable business.

      Ms. ***** purchased a vehicle that we had to get a duplicate Kentucky title.  Kentucky was having trouble getting our paperwork due to being in a flood zone and the mail was not running.  We finally received the duplicate title this week and have registered Ms. ******* vehicle. This complaint has been resolved.

      Date of transaction 10/18/24 *** Paid $620.96 Vehicle was brought in to have a repair at service ***** they were to evaluate the issue and advise on the course of action. once they described their version of the problem, I requested the return of the old part as I had just purchaed it and would like to return because dealership advised over the phone that it was defective.nature of despute is that dealership claimed to replace the already new part with no evidence of such replacement and defectie part was discarded and not returned. the invoice now states that part failed due to improper installation. What acctually occurred was that the hydraulic line came loose and apparently it was re-attached without replacing the part. there is no serial number so there is no way to prove a new part was installed, therefore the reason I wanted the old returned. Also, **** sold my personal information to a 3rd party without my consent, name address email, home phone, cell phone and vehicle Id Number. I have been getting harrassing calls/email from 3rd party to purchase products.has business tried to respolve the issue? No. after repeadted calls and complaints via the dealer website, I have recieved numerous emails that I have reciently discovered is an AI BOT saying they would have someone contact soon, this has been going on for 3 ************ 2/10/25 someone called, but it was another sales person asking what i was looking for, and said something disturbing, that i had pre-qualified, I did not inquire about a purchase, i did not apply for credit, i simply filed another complaint on the website. They also said that they were tired of getting these type of calls indicating that this has happened to other customers but have done nothing about it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is a compromise as to part of the original complaint is satisfactory to me. But the question remains if the work states was performed, and have deferred the complaint of the privacy issue to Chrysler customer service and an explanation has not been issued in that matter

      I had my brakes and rotors changed at a tire shop in **. To do the job they have to replace axle seals. When I got to TN my driver side axle seal was slightly leaking. I took my truck to Columbia dealer listed to have it fixed. They had my truck for two weeks and recommended they redo the entire job, brakes, rotors and seals on both driver and passenger side. I agreed because I rely on this truck for income and cant afford to be out of service. The did the job and I gladly paid over $3000 for the parts and labor. I went back to work with the truck the next day and got about 300 miles and the axle seal on the passenger side was now leaking. I brought the truck back for warranty work done to fix it. They had my truck three weeks this time and only replaced the seal this times I then headed to **. I made it to ******** and noticed the driver side seal was leaking again. By the time I got to ******** the passenger side was also leaking. At this point I had to get rear end oil and stop every few hrs to add oil because I was loosing so much oil. I made it to CA and took it to a trusted mechanic to fix it. I then paid $1500 to have both driver and passenger side axles seals replaced again. He was able to get factory OEM parts and fix it in two days I have sense driven the truck through **,**,**,**,**,**,**,**,IN,**,******* and ** with no issues. I have asked this dealer to refund me for not only not fixing my truck but actually causing twice the problem that I have to get fixed. The service manager agreed I needed some compensation from them and said he would see what he could do and that he would get back with me. I have tried to getting ahold of anyone at the dealer to discuss the situation for three weeks now and no one will talk to me. They just transfer me to music on hold or a machine to leave a message, which I have left several messages. They are now avoiding my calls. I need help getting all or some of my money back.

      The dealership called me today to refund my money. I was able to drive there and get a check around 1: pm today 1/2/25 for the full amount.

      On June earlier this year I had a negative experience with CDJR of Columbia. We didnt start off on the best of terms, I had enquired about the availability of three Jeep Gladiators that they had in their website through text. I was especially interested in a blue they had at the time; I was advised that all 3 units were available and to come in. I drove 45 minutes out to the dealership with my family only to find out that non of the three units I had inquired about were on the lot or available that day. The salesman ***** would end up showing me a unit $3k more expensive, which wasnt a huge difference but still disappointed that they werent honest with me to begin with. We test drive the vehicle, we agree on terms and payment and I will say this process was very friendly and pleasant. There was a long wait afterwards as we waited for one of the two finance managers to become available. During that time I talked to ***** about throwing in a Jeep hat as part of the deal as I was buying my very first Jeep and thought it would be cool. He said no problem, and would send it to me the best day as parts was closed for the day. We finish up with finance, they get me set up on the app and ***** says that h*** call me in a weeks time to check up on me and h*** send the hat plus a $100 gas card. During this whole time he kept stressing on me to give him all 10s on the survey. Well about ten days later I have not heard anything from *****, no hat, and no card. Finally I hear back from ***** and he basically says that the reason he hasnt sent the hat and the gift cards was because I didnt fill out the survey. I fill it out and give him the score he wants; and after that he goes on to lie to me for several weeks. He claims that he sent the items out yet I received nothing; I knew it was all BS as they didnt have any issue whatsoever mailing me my plates when they arrived. However, no hat and no gas card.

      I would like to know how to reach someone from Columbia CDJR. They were located in Columbia IL. Im now told its a different business there. Weve traded in our Jeep Gladiator and need the warranties we purchased prorated and refunded I have email proper paperwork to ************************************************** and *************** I just need status?       Our dealership (Columbia CDJR) is in Columbia, TN and is not related to the dealership (Columbia CDJR) in Columbia, **. It does appear that they have changed their name to ******* CDJR.  I would advise Mrs. ****** to contact either the warranty company or her finance company if she cannot reach the dealership.  They should be able to assist with her cancellation.

      In June I purchased a new vehicle from Columbia Dodge jeep in Columbia Tn . The agreed price was not what was on paperwork when I realized I was overcharged during to an add on of an extended warranty . I called immediately getting put on hold leaving messages even returning that night after being almost 40 minutes to home . Car was not clean and had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. The days to come I called multiple times asking to speak to my salesman , or a manager it took 4 days of calling and emailing my salesman to get in touch with me . At that point he was asking me to fill out the survey rate it all with a perfect score I get rewarded with a gift card for doing this he assured me finance made the mistake I was only approved for the exact terms 6000 down and ***** with ascend bank .with 2 trade ins 2021 ***** blazer rs with ***** less than ******** owed and a gmc pick up he says I was upside down in . with ********************************************************************************************** finance get my my gas card I never received when I purchased the car and also a gift card offered for a perfect survey. I text him when I finished survey he said thanks Ill get the paperwork fixed immediately months went by I called again ***** blamed it on finance *** **** ? He text me from his work phone and personal cell phone Ive saved all messages Ive reached out to the dealer months later no replys no text back no calls back and its October still nothing has been done they have all just stopped responding . I even reached out to ext warranty company they are saying I cant cancel without the dealer I purchased from and the dealer is the one who refunds not the ext warranty .. I have proof of all by email and text .. please help me resolve . Ive tried every way to resolve with just being ignored . Its over 3000 dollars plus tax that will go back to the back toward the purchase of this car from June I did as I was ask with promise to fix

      They sent a flier and bait and switch. There is no fine print on coming in person to redeem an award they also used a clearinghouse which states they have no liability and know nothing and cant tell you what you won. Its illegal and false advertising. The clearinghouse actually hung up on me saying they didnt work for them and its a hotline to scam and shes at home and I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me.If the dealership hired A third-party marketing company for their outward bound, marketing materials and they should have answers and if the dealership isnt standing by the mail that I got and I am deserving of 105 prizes without having to drive to Columbia then it needs to be looked into

      I bought a vehicle from chrysler dodge a month ago I was charged 4 g more than the price tht we agreed on and 4 g more than the vehicle sold for o contacted my salesman he agreed I was overcharged ive tried to contact his boss I sent emails ive called even went to see the gentleman I eas told he was busy he will not contact me at all this is my second vehicle ive bought they ate being very rude about this situation

      ************************* purchased a 2021 ************* on 5/18/24.  I have reviewed the buyers order and she paid the agreed upon price for the vehicle. There were products purchased in the finance department (service contract and gap).  ***********************, finance manager, has spoken to ****************** and she was told that if she wanted to cancel the products, the money would be refunded to the bank.  She can contact me or Skyler if she would like to cancel.

      I bought a vehicle and first they did not finance it correctly it was suppose to be in my name with my sister a co-signer they only put it in my sister name. Second it has a lot of repairs needed. I went to the dealership with a check engine light on and they said nothing was wrong a miscommunication with the vehicle. Go back in a week or so and it needs lots of experience repairs. Then they tell me the warranty is not activated so they will call back in 24 to 48 hours when its activated. Now on today it is not drivable due to it running hot. I called and of course nothing they could due till the following Monday. So now I am stuck with no vehicle with 4 Children.

      Purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April 2023. The vehicle was totaled in an accident in January 2024. I have been trying to speak with someone at the dealership to cancel and get a refund on my extended warranties I purchased from the dealer. I have called weekly since January and can never speak to any one in finance OR get anyone to return my calls.
