      On 2 occasions within last 3 months my system sg *********************************************************, our second home, sends me messages that I have a power AC failure and then 2 minutes later tell me has been restored! As I was standing right by my ac units while I was getting these faulty messages I called and they said was a system error andI they told me I would need to do a hard reset on power to my security panel?? But the security system is fine but not the over ***** texts I have gotten 24/7 since last week! Alerting me to the above issue and did the hard reset but still problem and when I called back this morning for service said cant do until next but I am still under warranty and if I wanted sooner would have to pay for it!!!!I also previous had to have them come out about 5 months ago snd replace their faulty outside camera and smoke detector they installed when purchased my system!Very unreliable and poor customer service !Thank you
