      Anthony called prior to arriving and showed up right on time smiling. He was knowledgable of Preventia’s products, answered all my questions and was not afraid to ask someone if he did not know.

      When our smoke alarm went off due to smoke. I’m if from the fireplace we informed the dispatcher that all was ok.
      Then I spent 2 hours trying to speak to a technician to get help shutting off the alarms. A day later and another 2 hour on phone with the promise of a call back and no help. We had to disconnect each detector to get them to stop. They use a third party call center which could not even find our account. I can’t imagine doing business with them in the future.
