    Nissan of cookeville sold my sister a used car for about 14K. Check engine light came on within 36 hours of purchasing. Brought it back to the dealership where they turned the code off. They said nothing was wrong. This happened 3 times within a month and half. The third time she took it back saying something was wrong because the car wouldn’t drive over 25mph, they told her she needed to purchase a new transmission because the one in the car they just sold her was bad. They took no ownership and would not help in anyway. Just said they would need another 6K to put a new one in it. Worst customer service and sold my sister a car that wouldn’t drive. They put a bandaid on it and then screwed her over. Very sad. She ended up going to Honda and they put her in a new car with much lower interest. Avoid Nissan if possible. They’ve lost our families business after this nightmare. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else for piece of mind. Nissan is junk.
