    COMFORT DYNAMICS PREDITORY AND RACIST! My 72 year old Black mother called to get her washer drainage line cleared. The tech arrived, did a diagnostic, and determined that he could clear the line and quoted us over $300 to complete. My Mother paid him IN FULL before starting. After more than an hour, he says that because it is an older house, he can't do the job. He did that AFTER he assessed the situation and attempted anyway knowing the age of the home. He also did not come with the proper tools to complete the job. Now their recommending an additional $800+ repair and the situation is MUCH worse than before. I called to get a resolution but the company double downed on them being paid "for the attempt" not the service. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with these people.

    We just had **** from Comfort Dynamics out to our home to repair a valve on our toilet that had broken. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and so courteous. He was even were able to come out on a Saturday, on short notice.This was our first experience with Comfort Dynamics, but it wont be our last. We will plan to use them in the future, and will definitely be recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Their customer service was excellent, and their pricing was very affordable!
