    I bought a house from this builder (*********************, CrossPoint Homes/Innovative Woodworx) this year, closing date of 03/18/2022. A year warranty went into effect as of the closing date. There has been various things in the house that were incomplete on closing date which the builder promised to fix, and to date many of those things still have not been fixed and it is over five months later, to date. I have made multiple phone calls to the builder's direct cell phone and to the company (Crosspoint Homes/Innovative Woodworx) on a daily or weekly basis (for several months now) and the calls go unanswered for many weeks at which time they promise to fix the issue and still do not fix the issue. The most pressing unresolved issue right now is the ceiling fan (over my patio) became totally detached from the ceiling a month ago. I called and texted ************************* the four weeks ago when I first noticed this and got no response until a week later, promising that the electrician would call me but I never got a call from the electrician and to date, no call received. The next major issue is five months ago, after closing and moving in, I noticed the wood over the kitchen cabinet was very loose and is a hazard for falling on my head. I spoke with ************ about this in person and was promised that someone would fix that. I continued to tell him about this hazard month after month and to date no one has come to fix that. I would like these things resolved as soon as possible as the year warranty will be out before I know no it in a little over 6 months.
