      I took my vehicle in for a transmission flush at EOC #****.They also performed a coolant flush and fuel system cleaning. After the work was completed, I paid for services and left. I drove less than a mile when the vehicle suddenly started to decelerate and jerk becoming undriveable. I had it towed to a nearby auto shop (*********) instead of back to EOC because my vehicle was driving worst after they had just serviced it. Upon inspection at ********** it was discovered that my camshaft sensor had been unplugged. There was also rubber torn off from the intake boot and part of it entered the manifold. I was told that this looked to have been done fairly recently when I explained to them that I has just left ***. Since *** had replaced the engine air filter during their servicing it was determined that is when it would have occurred. It was also discovered that the transmission drain plug was stripped apparently when they flushed the transmission. And the coolant was clear although they were to have performed a coolant system flush which would have included replacement of the coolant. I had to pay an additional $1,100.30 for work that was not done correctly while also causing more damage to my vehicle. I am attaching documentation and requesting reimbursement from Express Oil Change. ***My family member ********* ***** who is my POA is handling this on my behalf as I am an OTR truck driver and may not be easily reached during business hours. A copy of my POA will be provided if needed.***

      Your employee at ***************************************************** is a horrible manager and charged me for oil I didnt need he didnt ask I got video and another employee told he was wrong but he said he dont matter hes the manager transaction number is **************

      My name is *******************. I have spoken with ******************** and I am in the process of investigating the customer ********************** issue. As far as not asking the type of oil, ******************** 2013 Range Rover 8cy 5.0 requires ******************* there are no other choices. Also, we used the same oil that the customer used on his last visit on *********. I also called bluff city Land Rover service department and spoke with ******. He confirmed that the vehicle requires full synthetic oil.

      ******************** is sending me videos of the customer ********************** issue and I will investigate.

      I took my Nissa Versa to Express ********** at ******************************************************* on May 23, 2024 to get a quote and ac service. I was told my fan blower motor needed to be replaced and was quoted $592 for parts and labor. I decided to purchase my own part instead and let them charge for the labor. I called Monday, June 3, 2024 and spoke with **** who said they weren't busy and to come on in. I got there around 10:30 am and ******* was the technician who worked on my car. About 3 hours into the work, he stated he was having problems with removing the brakes and steering wheel but was working on it. I left to go get something to eat. When i got back, ******* and ***** were together and ******* said, let me go ahead and tell her. ******* said your transmission went out and a code popped up. I was confused " transmission", but I came in for an ac blower motor. This didn't make any sense. I was quoted $331 for ac repairs and now a transmission code just popped up. They told me not to drive the car and said they could have my car towed by ******** Automotive.I ************************* asking ***** "man save me" ******* stated that ***** contacted their other location on ******************** to put a code into the system to "cover his ass" Yes, he used those words. ******* also said he contacted *************************** transmission down the street to "save his ass" because I called my mom and she told him she was taking them to court. **** another employee witness the entire situation. **** said "he messed up now"Of course, I was very frustrated and upset. I had to call AAA to have my car towed home. And ***** said it was nothing he could do and didn't offer an apology to make it right. Just stated they didn't do transmission repairs. My car was in good driving condition with zero issues. Now I'm stuck with a car that won't drive. And his manager ***** lacks integrity by conspiring and lying to cover up their mess. I want a refund and the cost to replace my transmission.

      Good afternoon,

      This customer had come in previously to have the ** diagnosed, upon inspection we had found that her ** ************ was needing to be replaced. She then came back a week and a half later to have the service completed and when she came in this second time we had seen that she had a Check Engine Light present on the dashboard. Free of charge to the customer and as a courtesy we had scanned her codes to see what it could be and there were multiple DTC codes present (P17F0-CVT Judder and C1116-Stop Lamp Switch). Upon relaying this to the customer she and her mother accused EOC of damaging this system and causing this issue. We attempted to explain to her and her mother that this in no way could have been caused by the work that we completed, seeing as they are two completely different systems and we do not service Transmissions or even go near them for the work that we do. We then called another certified/established mechanic to verify this information with the customer and then called a Transmission-specific shop and did the same. The mother of the customer then called the police and when the police arrived I (*************************) explained everything included in this note to the officer and he left with no issue or with us being at fault. We notated on her invoice all of the information for the DTCs and that we do not recommend operation of the vehicle until this issue has been properly diagnosed by a Transmission-specific shop. We then referred her to another mechanic or to *************************** Transmissions to have this diagnostic completed, she then had it towed away at our recommendation.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The manager ***** continues to fabricate the narrative regarding what really happened and covering up his *********************.  There was no check engine light on and he know it wasn't.   After the mechanic ******* messed up something else while replacing the ac blower motor. Lies  and lies

       Absolutely no intergrity. I also reached out to their gm ******************* via email. He called back on 06/04/24 from

      ph# ************ and he ask me to  bring the car to their other location on Dromedary for ***** to run a diagnostic. I told him the car wasn't drivable and  I would have my lawyer contact him. His his reponse was " you said the golden word" and hung up the phone.. I've since had my car towed and repair at another auto shop.  Again I don't recommend this company and would like to leave this complaint as a warning for others to see and read.

      I came to get my car fixed on 10/7/23 I paid ******** to get my car fixed they fixed stuff I didnt ask for them to fix but the work is as already done which was the back tire wheel speed sensors . But they didnt fix my passenger side tire or my tmps which is what I asked then . I came back again because my air wasnt fixed and they charged me again even tho it isnt my fault they didnt fix it the first time . Then I came in today and I told him my ac is still not cold and I still have a coolant leak . I honestly believe they are not doing a proper diagnosis on my car when I come because I keep coming back and they still cant fix it . With the amount of money I spent I feel its redundant to keep coming back . Now theyre saying its the water pump . But after they changed the coolant lines the coolant was still leaking . So the manager is trying to convince me it wasnt leaking before but I think hes lying to get more money out of me because he did the same thing with fixing my air . This place seems like a scam . And I am tired of having to come back just for them to say its something different wrong with it so they can charge me .

                On 10/07/2023 ***************************** came in to have her car repaired. She requested to have both front wheel speed sensors replaced. Also she stated that noise is coming from the rear brakes when driving.

      Upon inspection of the vehicle, It was found that the brakes were not bad, and that the wheel speed sensor was broken, and rubbing between the backing plate and the rotor.  The customer was informed of this

      issue, and agreed to have both front and rear speed sensors replaced.  ******************** also had her a/c repaired ( a/c condenser ) replaced. ***** was found leaking from the condenser. After replacement of the

      condenser, freon was then found leaking from a a/c line. The customer was advised and shown this issue. ******************** was also advised that this part was not in stock and had to be ordered. ******************** then stated

      that she will bring the vehicle back when the part arrived.  Upon arrival of the part ******************** then stated that she will buy her own part at a cheaper price. On this date of 10/11/2023 ******************** was charged

      $36.77 in labor, for the replacement of the a/c line.   ******************** also came in on 11/27/2023 and stated that coolant is leaking from the vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle , coolant was found leaking from the water pump.

      The customer was given a estimate, but declined repairs. at this time. This coolant issue is not related to previous repairs. This is the first time that I was informed that the a/c is not working. If ******************** would like to bring the

      vehicle in. E.O.C will be more than willing to diagnose the vehicle at no cost, to see what is causing this issue. Also this is the first time that I have heard of the **** Sensors not working. These sensors were calibrated to the vehicle

      on 10/27/2023.

      On March 27th, I took my vehicle to Express for an alternator replacement. I also purchased a brand new battery at this time. A few weeks later I started experiencing an intermimenently flickering battery light on my dashboard; clearly indicating that there is a poor connection somewhere. I took my vehicle back to Express on May 16th. However, they did not diagnose the vehicle, instead they only replaced the pigtail and charged me $50. (Side note: On this day, my battery was tested by Autozone and they told me my battery was fine.) This rules out the cause of the flickering light being caused by my battery. The problem persisted! June 24th I finally take my vehicle back to Express again, I explained the battery light is still flickering intermittently, once again no proper diagnostic. They told me they dont see any issues and sent me on my way. The battery light continued to flicker, at this point, my vehicle is starting to crank slowly and cuts off while driving. On August 4th, I take my vehicle back to Express; this is the 4th time Ive had to take my vehicle back to the shop for the same issue! This time you all tell me the reason Ive been experiencing the flickering battery light is because and I quote, The valve cover is leaking oil, and the oil is melting the harness, the alternator is also covered in oil.. $1501.32 for them to do the alternator all over again! I was also charged $168 for a diagnostic when you all did not diagnose anything! I took my alternator to Auto Zone to be tested and my alternator was great! Ive since had someone to properly install the same alternator you all said was burnt out and covered in oil, and have not had any problems since. You all blatantly lied and were about to charge me $1500 to fix your s**** up. How can an alternator be defective from the moment I leave your shop?! Not to mention the diagnostic you all claim you performed was done in an hour. Ive yet to see anyone pull an alternator out and reinstall it in a hour. Your business ethics are trash, your mechanics are trash and unskilled. I would like my money back for the diagnostic that you all did not perform. Thank you.

      This customer came in requesting the alternator be replaced. They did not pay us to diagnose their problem. Also, they provided their own part. There is No warranty when customers provide their own part. We tried to help the best we could. We offered to diagnose the problem when they first came in and they declined.

      I visited one of your locations on Saturday 13, 2023 I had an alignment done I had some 15 carat gold plated with diamond chip earrings my grandsons purchased me earlier in the year in my cup holders, because one of them wouldn't stay closed and I took them both off and placed them in the cup holder, along with me keeping my middle compartment full of hard candy and gum it was low! My husband and myself were back tracking when I had the earrings last and we just looked at each other! This is not exceptabale at all! I'm heart broken, to me it's not so much the value of the earrings or other items it's that I was violated!

I spoke with all 3 and they all said they did not take the earrings or candy. I even told them if they returned the earrings, they would not be in trouble. All 3 said they did not take them.       My husband and I have been trying for weeks to resolve an issue about our 2010 Dodge Charger that was taken to *************************** Engineers for an oil change on August 26, 2022. After getting the oil change and attempting to drive the vehicle all of the oil spilled out of the engine causing the motor to lock up. We had the car towed back to Express Oil Change and explained to them what happened and they agreed that it was their fault and the car would be fixed and ready within a week. It has now been several weeks of talking to the manager of the store, calling the corporate office, and trying to contact the regional manager with nothing happening. On the last attempt, My Husband went to the store where the Regional Manager was filling in for another manager. My Husband stated that he waited for over 20 minutes for him to come out and he never came out to talk to him. As of today September 21, 2022, My vehicle is still at Express Oil Change at ****************************************************. I would like for them to do the right thing and fix my vehicle as they have acknowledged that the fault is theirs.We have also been working to be reimbursed for the fuel pump that was not connected properly also.
