      On 9/9/2024 went to *** on ********* **** to check car for it running ****, Two *** employees spoke with me and informed me that I would need a diagnostic check which cost $80.00 I agreed. One tech asked me to pull into the bay, he opened the hood and 15 minutes later shut the the hood after showing me the dip stick and said $154.00, I told him I didn't need oil change I just had one, he apologized and later move car to the other side. The mechanics checked the car and said it need a sensor and battery, cost $635.00 I agreed. Hour later the mechanic returned the car running worse than before and said I also need plugs and coils and gave me estimate of $310.00 and said estimate good for 30 days. The next morning I took the car to get the plugs and coils showed the estimate the mechanic stated he would have to another estimate, this estimate were $420.00 i said do it. He showed me that the car also needed a valve cover gasket for another $210.00 I agreed and signed to pay $635.00. After all the repairs the car were running worse than before, I proceed to checkout and were told I owed $945.00 and cash only card machine were down even though i saw them using card machine 5 minutes prior and soon afterward, because I disputed the cost. I heard one employee mumble this is what going to get all us fired lack of management. The manager came and explained the cost, he were adding on yesterdays' estimate of $310.00 to the cost why he couldn't explained only stated that he would get video to show where agreed to pay $945. He disappeared for almost 2 hours with an adjusted amount of $787 I paid because I were late for work and been held there ALL day. Don't carry a wagon to this shop PLEASE!
