    On July 5 and August 5 I was wrongly charged a total of $59.98 for using the facility while doing personal training with ****************************I only trained with him in June. It was understood that it was just a trial. Before of the end of the month of June I informed the receptionist that I was not coming back. On my last day, I had the approval from owner, Sammica, not to have to pay no more fees. When I realized I had been charged twice, I went personally to the facility. The receptionist remembered me and acknowledge our deal. She apologized and made sure I was not going to be charged again. She stated that only the owner could do a refund and she was not there at the moment. I put a dispute with my credit card but it came back stating that it was my responsibility. This business is crooked and I demand my money back. They cannot take advantage of people like that!

    We are a company that demonstrates customer service and our commitment to excellence by providing detailed policies and procedures for our patrons and staff. Our trainers are contractual obligated to have their clients  commit to a gym membership of the clients choice; if the client needs to cancel the membership; the client must provide a written 30 day cancellation notice and pay the early termination fee.            
    Our staff diligently responds to all customer concerns and aim to provide outstanding customer service at all times. When we were were notified of *********** request to cancel her membership ; we ensured her that the membership was cancelled and that she was billed according to our policy. We waived the cancellation fee and again reiterated our policy regarding cancellations.
