    Contacted the owner about a cancellation she was slow to answer and acted as if I was an inconvenience to cancel my membership. Gym is small equipment is worn out and not working properly. Gym hours are not great. If you arent paying lots of money for training expect to me treating like a problem. She stopped me during my workout in front of a group of her trainees to tell me how awful I was at doing my own workout. Extremely unprofessional and if she finds you attractive you will be harassed.

    This member got upset because she was not able to be a trainer here at Cash In Fitness! She came is everyday under the influence of drugs it was loud and disruptive to all the other patrons. I also had several complaints of the way she was dressed wearing very revealing attire to the gym. I have a recorded message where she left me apologizing for her behavior (the drug use and smell) There is a cancellation policy in place and when she asked to cancel via text to my personal cell phone I told her the procedure to cancel. She got upset and irate sent me disrespectful messages to my phone cursing me out stating that she needs it done now!! I will attach a copy of all correspondence from this member. I would be happy to attach the message that she sent me. As a Black female gym owner it sad and a shame to have to endure this kind of harassment and false allegations just to try to hurt my business.
