We've had the pleasure of working with Enterprise Property Management (EPM) since 2007, and the experience has been exceptional. ******************* and his team exhibit remarkable responsiveness and unwavering trustworthiness. If further investment in ******* property were on the horizon, we wouldn't hesitate to choose EPM. As the saying goes, "you date your real estate agent but you marry your property manager," and we're delighted to have a strong and enduring partnership with EPM. Their professionalism and commitment to quality service have made them our trusted property management choice.

This company asked me for a **** dollar security deposit before a complete lease pertaining to the property I was interested in was shown to me, or signed by anyone. I was told I was being asked for the deposit in order for me to schedule a lease signing date. No signature was given from me nor the lease holding manager protecting me from losing my deposit. There also was no paperwork signed guaranteeing that the property was to be held in my name. Essentially, I was asked to give the company my deposit and hope that they would honor a verbal agreement. I do not know if this is illegal, but I found it highly disingenuous, and I hope that other renters would not respect renting practices such as these.
