    They auto drafted a annual renewal that they were not authorized to do. They did not email me ahead of time to let me know they were intending to charge me.

    On 4/16/24 my 19 yr old som purchased a vehicle in ********* and attempted to drive back to ******** where we live. During the trip the car ran out of gas and AAA was called for tow assistance. The AAA approved tow company arrived at the car and proceeded to load vehicle. When the tow company pulled away the car was not secure and the car was dropped off the tow truck and also proceeded to injur another teenager with my son. The injuries to my sons friends are life changing Insurance was filed and denies because the tow truck company did not have adequate insurance to cover property damage nor did the even carry insurance to tow a car!!Supposedly AAA approved sub contractors are vetted to a high standard but apparently not. The name of towing company is Quality Towing and Rexovery in ********* **********AAA present itself as a trusted company when these things happen but it is the opposite. Im currently out of ****** because the claim was denied all due to the AAA approved tow company was not thoroughly vetted and dispatched to help my son when all that was needed was fuel. I will be seeking legal action if the situation is not rectified immediately

    I received a letter saying at the end of my current membership (September 15, 2023) I would be non-renewed because of disproportionate use of services. I called ************** and the associate looked up my Membership number:**************** and stated that AAA has the right to review memberships and examine the types and frequency of road side service requests and decided not to renew my membership. I asked specifically why since I used the services which I paid for. She said there we no info available and the result of the investigation was final. I am not understanding I and my husband have been members for 10 years and we are now non-renewed because we use the services that we pay for. That seems to go against AAA in general. In the past if there was a problem with services AAA rectified the situation now I am being punished and nonrenewed for using those services.
