    I have a AAA family membership since 2006. On Aug. 10, 2023, the car broke down a couple of miles from the house. I called AAA and spoke with a customer service representative about needing a tow truck. After taking my information I received a text message stating my request was scheduled. I waited for two and a half hours and received an automated message a few times saying there was a delay. I finally just gave up and called a local towing company. The local towing company came in about forty-five minutes and towed the car. This cost me $140 but I was tired of waiting, it was worth it. AAA let me down! When I really needed their service and I couldnt get it.

    RATING -10...I have been a customer for over 9 years. Today I called for service at 5am and continued to call to get updates with an excuse every time. My car was stolen, taken to the corner, tires and wheels removed and windshield broken. I explained this at 5am when requesting service and was assured they could take care of this. I gave them my contact number several times and was told the driver would call before showing up. At 740am still no one was there. When I called for status I was told the driver already showed up and left and they were not going to tow the vehicle. I did not receive any phone calls or updates. In fact the tow driver called another number that was not on my account and gave my friend the information that he was going to get a flatbed truck and would return. It is now ****am and no one is here from an order at 5am. This is unacceptable service.
