    Contracted waste disposal services with this company. Since original contract, they have missed trash pick up, been un receptive to phone calls, and are unwilling to resolve billing issues. Due to this, we have tried to cancel services, but their office has been unhelpful culminating with a manager hanging up the phone while we tried to resolve billing and past due amounts. This business has a reputation for poor customer ********************** and spotty trash removal service. We originally paid $85 dollars on May 23rd for 3 months of service. The last time trash was removed was August 23rd. We made multiple attempts to contact their offices to find out why our trash was not picked up, and after 5 attempts we were finally able to reach someone. When they were finally reached, we were informed that we were in arrears $85 dollars for June, July, and August. When we inquired how that was possible, when had only moved into our house at the beginning of June, and we had paid up front for the first three months, they became rude and unhelpful. We have since tried to cancel services three times and work out any past due amounts. Everyone we have talked to there have been rude and unwilling to resolve this issue.

    I started services with Sanders Waste mid September 2022 for a dumpster, dumped weekly and paid quarterly. I paid for the first quarter prior to delivery. After getting the dumpster, I called September 19 and advised them it did not have a lid. I was assured that they would come out and install a lid. I called again October 21, November 10, December 1, and December 6. Each time I was told they would be out to put a lid on it. The dumpster is nasty. It holds water when it rains and smells. Wind blows debris out. Feral cats and raccoons get in it, tear up garbage sacks and make a ****** called again December 16 and again was told they would come put a lid on it. I informed them I would not pay the bill for the coming quarter until they put a lid on the dumpster.
