    Absolutely horrible service and thieves of my PRORATED payments!!!! Wont come get their trash can either. We were told flat out by person answering phone that they certainly planned to keep our 3 months prorated fees. Theyve left trash, oil stains, broken trash can (they broke emptying) in my yard. Wont respond to emails. Beware this company!!!!!!!

    I expected better professionalism and respect for my time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend their services based on this experience..I should have check the BBB..I can't even give them 1 star..

    We canceled our service with Sanders Waste and asked for a 2 week refund. The driver drove in our yard on two occasions. After many calls and emails the company said they would send someone out to repair the ruts but now almost 3 months later and they still havent. It took them over 2 weeks to come get their can and now they refuse to send us the refund. Said we dont do refunds. Disrespectful owners and employees. If I could use Negative 5 stars I would!

    Personally, they are good until about at least once every 6 months or so, then something happens, trash isnt picked up but my neighbors was, or unable to contact them to update my payment info in March before the tornado. Person online trying to say their phones have been down, but not last month when someone there called me and I called back, left a message. No response and now no trash pick up.Plus, when we first signed up we actually didnt get anything picked up until a month later. Had to call multiple times.Another thing, never received any statements or proof of account or payment other than showing up auto on my credit card.

    I am so happy to have found this local trash pick up company! We were with Republic and paid monthly what we are paying quarterly with Sanders Waste Disposal Services. Not once have I had any delays with pick up unless it was holiday related. When I signed up for their services I read the dos and donts so I was aware of what will be picked up and what will not, they were very thorough in explains it again once on the phone to set up services. Misunderstood and though it was my Sanders Waste that went to Republic but it was another Sanders in ********. Thank goodness because Republic when contacted said I would have to pay a reinstatement fee!! All is great in our area with Sanders Waste Disposal Services and Id recommend them to everyone they can service oh and I love the neon green cans

    On my regular trash day I left a neatly tied bag of garbage next to my full can at the curb at the appointed time. The trash collector failed to retrieve the extra bag. I immediately called the owner who informed me that they would only empty the can and not any extra bags. When I inquired why I was not informed I was told notice was sent out with the billing statement. I informed them that I did not receive such notice. It could be that because I have consistently paid this account several quarters in ADVANCE That notice was not given to me. I asked the owner as a measure of good will for my longstanding service to at least refund me the monies I paid in advance and he refused to not only not pick up the bag of garbage, he would not cancel my service until the end of the quarter and refused to issue me a refund for the quarters I paid in advance. Leaving me no recourse but to accept the poor service of my account. I see now that I am not the only one with complaints against this company I will be talking with my neighbors as well, to determine if they have been neglected or serviced poorly. I am surprised that my account which has always been in good standing has not been given the personal attention that it deserves and though I must take the loss, it is my hope that future prospects indeed review the complaints here and save themselves of this tacky and unprofessional manner of business.
