Went in for a painful cracked molar to be extracted. The dentist was professional and kind, despite me whining because the tooth was so painful. The cleaning was a different experience... they said I needed a deep cleaning/root planing and scaling. This all came up to close to $900 and they set me up with financing. I could not believe the cost!!! The cleaning was a different story, started out okay but the hygienist was trying to floss up under a crown with some kind of a stiff plastic flossing device. It took her a while to poke it in there and my gums were very sore. My gums remained sore and then the crown became loose eventually. I went to my original dentist in Nashville and he did an x-ray and tightened the implant screw. Yesterday I was eating a piece of chocolate and the crown fell out. I think if the hygienist had not worked so hard to stick that floss under the crown it would not have fallen out!!! My gums were inflamed, it cost me $140 for the original dentist to take another look at them. It's going to cost me about $200 to go to a dentist in Kingston to have them look at it and glue the crown back on. I think Aspen is only in it for the money. I'd like them to pay for these extra costs that I have incurred. I already spent $19,000 on the implants, I didn't expect to have to keep spending more on them!!! I would like to get reimbursed for the expensive I've incurred.

It's poor service. the level that my dentist made. Dentures is like he was in school for 6 months they cut my mouth all up. The teeth are coming out and they have broken in two, They will be helpful and Courteous until they get your money or the loans...And then after they will put you on hold or say you owe more money..just so that they don't have to dill with you.. The moral of the story. I they made my mouth we worser .I still don't have any Dentures I don't know what to do they took me and I can't find any help
