Never get a loan with this bank! My husband and I did a construction loan with them, and they abused us to the point where we had to sell the house before it was completed. They refused to release the amounts that we were approved for. They kept changing the rules for draws AFTER we'd followed their instructions to a T. They'd tell us that we had a certain amount to work with we'd send in an invoice before work began, they'd approve for the work to be done and then they'd leave us hanging once our contractors performed work, leaving us to pay out of pocket and damaging our reputation. They allowed the loan to mature and made us file an extension as well as a new budget, and even with that they continued to change the rules of draws until the next extension matured. Our house is unfinished with over $300,000 left to complete it but they refuse to release anymore funds (even with them writing checks directly to contractors), and requested for us to reapply for a new loan from them before they allowed us anymore of our funds. They use abusive practices for sure, they do not follow their own terms and should be shut down in my opinion.
