Great service. We have the maintenance plan. It was hot and our a/c went out. They arrived to fix it and went beyond what was necessary. The technician spent 4 hrs to get it working. We were highly pleasedLee Company

Our service person was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He answered all of our questions and followed up, as promised. He exceeded our expectations. We are planning to have him assigned as our maintenance person for all of our future needs.Lee Company

Lee Company was at my door 40 minutes after I called. They checked all the details and quoted me a great price for a new AC. In 2 days my AC was installed and running. ***** ***** sold me on Lee Company and I'm happy he did. **Lee Company

I have been getting service done by Lee Company for years without any problems but this time was completely different.The service I received a couple of days ago has absolutely horrible. I was told they would be back to finish my service later in the afternoon they never showed . I called them to see what happened the lady I talked to said they would call me back in a little while they never called me back. The service tech showed back up the next day to finish what he didn’t do the day before and just left never without saying anything. I would say they need some training on how to treat their customers.Lee Company

We are pleased with our experience with Lee Company in replacing our HVAC system. **** was always professional and prompt with helping us get what we needed and wanted. ****** and ******* installed the new unit correctly, efficiently and left all areas clean. ****** and ***** did an awesome job cleaning and sealing our older ductwork, which we chose to keep, the house smelled and felt clean when they were finished. Ourselves and our home was treated with respect at all times. We love the new unit which is far quieter than our old unit and does a far better job!Lee Company
