      Great company and great strategy. They've changed the lives of hundreds of homeowners. Multiple generations have been impacted thanks to the methods and strategies that are taught by RYM/RYU. This company and their message is absolutely necessary especially when banks and large institutions want homeowners entrapped in their mortgage for the rest of their lives.

      I would give 6 stars if that was possible! There is so much value in getting involved with Replace Your University. We got involved last year (2021) but I actually found this company 7 years ago and the company tuned me down as I was not financially ready! That was a blessing in disguise because it motivated me to get out of debt and become cashflow positive. This company is the real deal and they care about their clients (and future clients) and are providing a life changing experience! I highly recommend to anyone who wants to change the trajectory of their financial future!!

      The information I have received from Replace Your University has been amazing! They really understand real estate financing, and have experts in several areas. Their customer support is excellent and available pretty quickly. Their inter-client communication and cross-fertilization of ideas alone is worth the price of membership.       The professionalism by the whole team at replace your university is top notch! I have been a client for three years and I have never been disappointed or let down by the company.       Finding Replace Your University is THE Best financial, life improving, wealth building event that has happened to my husband and I in our entire 37 years together! We have learned so many valuable tools and processes that have made a huge improvement in our financial life! We have learned how to, and paid off home off in less than 18 months, gained capital to invest in commercial real estate, learned how to use our dollars twice with infinite banking concepts. We have learned how to further improve our credit health. We have gained connections with other like minded folks that are happy to help us further on our quest for financial independence and time freedom. We have learned to think of finances and debt in a totally different way. I think Every high schooler and/or college student should go through this education before graduating and starting to purchase homes, getting loans, etc. And, we have only used probably 25% of what is available in RYU! No exagerration here, not even a little bit. My only wish is that we would have learned these concepts years and years ago. My other "only" wish is that I could convince my friends and family to get in on this and start this same journey to help them break free from how the world teaches to run their finances. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

      Excellent product, works exactly as taught. Customer service has been great, always getting back in a timely manner. They have added lots of extra products and have become a visionary company in the financial world.       This is a company that under promises and over delivers. The content is much more than you pay for. They are constantly adding value on a weekly basis. Micheal L***, the CEO, is easily accessible and interacts with his clients on a regular basis. I am on my way to financial freedom with the knowledge I have learned and words cannot express my gratitude to Micheal and his team. My trajectory in life is forever changed.

      Well, I started with RYM back in 2016. Since then through no fault of my own, I have paid down more than $600,000 over that time on a $250,000 HELOC. That means I have done extremely well during this time frame. I have used the HELOC to invest, repair, renovate, you name it to homes that I live in or have invested in and reduced the VOLUME of interest paid to banks while utilizing other strategies to increase holdings and developed new streams of income. Needless to say that my lender has yet to contact me about me over-using the HELOC as they do not care simply because they want a payment every month of INTEREST ONLY. That gives me flexibility, liquidity, use, control and benefits to me and my family that I have discovered simply because I use the bank's money to my advantage. You got to get on the HELOC bandwagon!
