On 8/26/24 I placed an order with OC Celebrity Marketing for an 8X10 photo autographed by *** *****. On 9/12/24 I received a packaged from OC Celebrity Marketing, but it contained a photo that was not what I ordered. I reached out immediately to their customer service team via email and got no reply until my second attempt on 9/17/24, where I was told my complaint was forwarded to another department and then never followed up with. I emailed again on 9/23/24 for an update and did not receive a response.On 1/16/25 I reached out via the company's ******** page hoping I'd be able to find someone to help resolve my problem and was given a different customer service email to contact. I reached out as instructed and was told my order would be corrected and filled in March. This did not happen. I reached out for an update in April and was told my order would be corrected and fulfilled that weekend, but I'm assuming that didn't happen either as none of my inquiries via email or ******** following that exchange have gotten a response from OC Celebrity Marketing.The lack of communication from OC Celebrity Marketing has been the most disheartening part of this transaction. Business is complicated and mistakes happen -- I completely understand it and have been very patient throughout this process. A simple problem that could've been easily resolved has now been dragged out for over 9 months without so much as an apology from the company, let alone a resolution. At this point I have no reason to believe that OC Celebrity Marketing has any intention of correcting my order or making a good faith effort to amend their mistake. I never received the item that I ordered, therefore I would like to receive a refund.Business Response

I sent 3 items to this company on 4/20/24. I have been away and upon going through my email I receieved a message were they have finally requested a retun label from us to send back our remaining items. we have submitted a label to them and once we get back those items we will be sending the item back to the customer and processing their refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with the company to have a print signed by *** ***** during a live signing that they were having. I ordered it in October of 2024 and was told that I would get it soon after the live signing happened in early October. I watched the live and my print was never signed. I also received a damaged item from them. I reached out and they took a few months to get back to me. When I finally received a message back the employee was rude and not very understanding. She did offer me a refund but I told them that I wanted my print and she told me that it would be signed and sent to me (that was in January). I have still not received my item and they are refusing to answer my questions or my emails. I order the print for $100 and the damaged figure (which when I ordered it was in perfect condition) I received is worth $180. They told me they would replace the figure but I did not trust them because I havent received any other information from them about my order and what I would get as a replacement for my damaged item or if I would get my money back from it. I have tried everything till now and when I was trying to ask about my item I was banned from viewing the live and from asking anymore questions.Business Response

I purchased two ************* autographed prints from the business on March 25. It was a pre-order that said it would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. On May 28, I received one of the two prints, but there was nothing in the package about the second print and I had received no communication from the business about the second print. I reached out on June 8 to ******** asking about the second print. On June 10, I got a response that my order was one of a few that were "missing". On August 19, I reached out again asking for an update since I had not heard anything in those two months. I did not get a response. On August 26, I reached out a third time. On August 27, ******** responded to me saying the photos were not missing, they just hadn't been completed during the original signing and they were working with ********** team to organize a new time to get them signed. I responded that afternoon asking ******** to keep me in the loop once a new date was agreed upon. I did not hear back. On October 28, I reached out to ******** again since I had not heard anything. I did not receive a response. On November 22, I emailed again. No response. Also on November 22, I posted a comment on one of their recent ******** posts asking for help and sharing my experience with others who may be on the fence about purchasing from the company. I received a reply asking me to DM them. Unfortunately, I could not DM them because they blocked me. I reached out on Instagram instead asking for an update on November 23. I was told to email the generic support email with my details so they could look into it. I did that and received a response on November 24. That is the last email I received from them. On December 24, I asked on IG messenger for an update. Received a message that my concern had been "escalated." I asked that day to receive a refund. I was told it would be sent to the team to process. This morning (January 22) I reached back out again because the refund was never processed.Business Response

Unfortunately ************* was not able to finish signing all of the pre-order items that we had for him. We are trying to schedule another signing to get the items completed, but we understnad that the customer does not want to wait and instead wants the refund and to cancel the item. I have refunded the missing item in their order plus $10 for the shipping that they paid for that particular item. It will take 3-5 days for that refund to process fully.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I would like my time and stress to be compensated as well. I have spent many hours over the past few months trying to track down this company and have asked for them to keep me in the loop on progress, but the only time I ever get a response is when I initiate contact. Even the first time I asked for a refund, it was not processed. Only when I put in a complaint to the BBB did the company start a refund.I would like the full order refunded ($282).

The shipping on my order was $27. The $10 "refund" for the shipping costs is not even HALF of the total shipping costs. The missing print is the larger of the 2. I would like at least $15 refunded for the shipping.Initial Complaint

Placed the order October 13th for a signing on November 16th and never received my item. *** ***** Autographed 8x10. As of today December 29th we have received nothing but runaround emails (If they do bother to respond, generally they don't) with no shipment or tracking. Others have reported receiving packages las week and we still have nothing. This is quite possibly the worst run company I have ever worked with in my life. This company's lack of response or follow-up to delays and complaints speaks volumes.Business Response

Purchased an item from them on July 15th, 2024. My order number is *****. It was for an upcoming celebrity autograph signing that was supposed to happen the first week of August. I watched the signing live on whatnot and saw the items being signed. I started reaching out late October about my item because I didnt hear anything from them about it. They never responded. I reached out again towards the end of November asking for a refund. Yet again they did not respond. At this point its been nearly 4 months since I paid for my item and I still havent received it. They finally replied and said they would forward my concerns to their warehouse team on December 10th. I Have yet to hear back from them. It is now December 19th. I would like my full amount refunded or my item to be delivered to me. They keep giving me the runaround and I am tired of it.Business Response

On January 23, 2024 I purchased a 11x17 poster to be signed by ************* and ***** ******* of the ****** film **** Poppins. Order number *****. The signings happened earlier this year and I never received my poster. I have sent many emails and even contacted them via ******** messenger. I have spoken to someone representing OC Celebrity Marketing via messenger. They kept giving me the run around saying they are looking into it. As of today, 12/12/2024 I have been blocked by this company from sending them messages or seeing their ******** profile. I have repeatedly asked for a refund or even a replacement item. I have received nothing. No response via email or ********. All I wanted was a refund. This is not how a genuine good business does people.Business Response

April 10, 2024 - purchased three autographs to be signed to a poster I was sending in totaling $362.53. The poster I sent into them to get signed was a very rare Artist Proof poster valued at over $1000. Signings were supposed to be done by June 2024 One of the actors postponed until August 2024 All autographs were completed by October 1, 2024. I started contacting company 10/16/24 for any updates. They were selectively responsive for about one month. But provided very little information. They said my poster was lost and then they found it, they said they would ship it out two different times, and then they just stopped responding.I sent 9 emails over two months and the same amount on ******** messenger. I went into their live whatnot app shows to try to get help. Nothing from anyone at their company.The listed public phone # for the company is disconnected. Ive since asked for refunds, contacts for managers, etc. thats when they stopped responding. This company **** me my poster with autographs, or a refund of original purchase as well as fair market value of rare poster. I ordered an autographed photo of *** ***** as Dr. ************* on 6/27/2024. I never received my merchandise. I have attempted to contact the seller on 4 occasions (7/3/2024, 7/5/2024, 7/18/2024 and 8/1/2024). I have yet to receive a response from them. There is not a good contact number for them and they did not respond to any of my emails. This was intended to be a gift in August and the original handling time was standard shipping of 3-4 days.Business Response
