    I paid OC Celebrity Marketing through Affirm lending servicing three separate payments totaling to ****** for a pre order singing for ***********************. I gave them my order number for items to be held for this signing AS INSTRUCTED BY OC Marketing. If I did so incorrectly, I NEVER heard a response back from them, AT ALL. I also paid them for the unsigned items SEPERATELY through Whatnott, and was told they would be held for me for his signing in April of 2024. I paid off the affirm loans as soon as possible, hoping I would have had my items held for me. I have proof of this as well. On March 11 of 2024 I received my items in the mail, unsigned by *********************** and then contacted OC Marketing about this. They made no attempt to answer any of my emails ( I have proof of this) since I started payments through affirm. I emailed OC on March 15 to tell them I would be disputing these charges, and they never answered any of my emails. Affirm themselves have denied my dispute, saying that they are waiting on signed items to be sent back from their contact in ** on May 6 2024. I never got any items signed by *********************** which I paid for. They were sent to me unsigned when i was told they were to be held. I am physically disabled and do have the means to ship them back to OC Marketing. I find it egregious that I would even have to do this, as OC Marketing said they hold the items for pre order once I emailed them their desired info. Affirm has been nonresponsive in my contact with them as well; I have been fighting with them since March on this issue when I received unsigned items. I disputed this with my charge card company and they found it to be in favor of me. However, affirms is now telling me I still owe for loans on items I did not get. I will not pay for signatures I did not receive. My latest attempt to contact OC Celebrity Marketing in July has been met with silence as well. This is unacceptable. If you need proof I can send it.

    No they have not reached out to me and no i am not satisfied with their "service" because they have done nothing to resolve this issue and i am being forced to pay for something that is not my fault. Affirm is telling me the loans will be distributed to other loan companies and that i might have to pay interest or collections for a service i never received. i am also waiting to see if you heard back from them as well.

    I am now being told by ****** that they will not resolve one dispute in my favor while they recently just sent me an email saying that my other dispute has been resolved in my favor. I do not understand why; it is the same situation happening for all three disputes i have placed with them. I man ot paying for a service I have not gotten and their dispute resolution is null and void to me.

    We have tried to refund this order. There was an unknown error and it was unable to refund. Since then I have accepted the Affirm dispute for them to refund the customer.

    I purchased 3 autograph photos from this company in February of 2024. Only 2 were shipped with the note that the third piece was being processed. After several weeks waiting, I reached out to the company. The response simply stated they were shorted an amount of autographs and my order was one of the unlucky ones they couldnt fulfill and that they were researching if the autogaphs were misdelivered to them. There was no apology for the inconvenience or attempt to understand my situation. They offered a refund but since I want to give one photo/autograph to each of my children, I asked for them to keep me posted on their progress with tracking their missing autographs before processing a refund. I havent heard anything since, dispute multiple requests for a status update. Id like for them to fulfill their business obligation or refund for the entire order since now I will have to find a 3rd autograph from open market which will undoubtedly be more expensive and extra effort on my part.

    On 3/6/23 I placed an order (#*****) for a private signing with ***********************, for which I mailed in my own 8x10 photo which had already been signed by *************************. Months went by without the signing taking place until sadly ****************** passed away on 7/30/23. I assumed I would be refunded and my item sent back to me but I never heard anything from them. I have repeatedly tried contacting them via their email, customer service, online chat, and message through Whatnot, yet none of my inquiries have ever been responded to. I need to be refunded the $99.99 that I had paid for the Reubens signing as well as have my signed photo returned to me.

    *********************** was in possession of the customer's items at the time of his passing. We have asked that the customer's please be patient as we deal with his unexpected passing and allow his family time to grieve. I believe we will be issuing a final statement in regards to the *********************** signing shortly that has been composed by ****'s official team. Unfortunately all there is to do now is wait until we have the official statement. Once that is issued we will begin issuing refunds, and or returning items that were left unsigned.

    Ordered item in November and have tried multiple times to get a hold of business to see where order is and never get a message back and always get message saying they're offline. And there's no way to cancel order either. It is middle of February still no item and no response from business after multiple multiple times trying!

    Was told that it would ship out expedited and it has not! They labeled as shipped but never shipped item, I've tried again to contact with no response.
