    I've been trying to get my items that was promised several months ago, but there's always an excuse (versus a reason). Their customer service is a joke and essentially non existent. I don't know if I can leave zero stars for them until I hit the submit button for my review to post, but will find out now. I've seen other customers post similar comments like mine. They are terrible.

    This company presents itself as a professional business ready to assist customers in providing services in obtaining celebrity autographs.
    OC Celebrity Marketing is eager to take orders and payments but completely flips the switch when requesting status updates and if the service paid for has been completed.
    No phone number is provided or listed to contact directly, only an email address to only one representative
    but fails to reply without having to send numerous requests and even that is still a 50/50 shot at a response.
    I’ve mentioned that I suffer from anxieties and that a timely response is appreciated, but that still doesn’t trigger professionalism much less sympathy for delays.
    As of recently, they are not listed on ******** and it looks like their page has been removed. Even their Social Media Manager has shut down communication through Messenger.
    We are almost going a full year of feet-dragging and occasional responses making me believe that the process is still moving forward. The timeline is hard for me to accept and I feel robbed!
    I have read numerous reviews and complaints from other customers expressing the same frustrations to no avail.
    As a company that provides a specific service, I feel that this lack of business professionalism is completely unacceptable! The only have one type of service and that is grossly mishandled!
    I want to file a legitimate complaint against this company and have my item returned completed or refunded
